'Not' anything at all is a shit answer, I always think.
e.g. "Not bad", "Not too bad" etc. Why tell me what you are 'not'?
If your 'good' then say so - e.g "good, thanks".
I hate when you ask this at work and you get the usual line 'urggh just so busy'. Yes you look very busy sitting there on the internet all day Susan. Its like work turrets.

sustainable cod (or insert other fish) fillets.

I just saw a menu with "Pan roasted sustainable cod fillet on a delicious wild rice salad with apricots......."

How can the cod be sustainable? It's dead!

When you watch the price of a ferry every single day for two months and reluctantly book it as it doesn't seem to be moving.

Then find three days after you book that it literally halved in price.

That's my weekend ruined.

After they caught it, they put one back in the ocean.

Went to a comedy club, I think we were in the minority because we weren't taking pictures of ourselves every 30 seconds. Not even an exaggeration, couple by us just took selfies all night. Hundreds of them.

"Shrinkflation"

Remember when Special Brew came in 500ml cans and was 8.9% alcohol, not 440ml and 8.0% alcohol?
What about tennants super, have they fiddled with that too?!

How about chocaholics? I think I remember when you could buy a twinpack of giant Galaxy bars for 50p then some busybody complained it was encouraging bad eating habits and the price suddenly quadrupled.

Ticketmaster rob dogs 7p per minute to call twenty five minutes on hold and then next to useless.

Tickly coughs.
that reminds me.
did anyone else used to think that 'expectorant' was the medicine that you took when you were expecting to get a cough (i.e. perhaps you had a sore throat, and didn't want it to develop further), or was it just me?

I always thought my dad was about to shout at me if I ever saw a bottle of expectorant in our shopping basket.

use of the term 'annual leave' when explaining to someone (who does not work in the same business as you) why you won't be available on a certain day.
e.g. "sorry, I can't make it on Thursday, I'm on annual leave"

It's not relevant to me why you are away. I don't care. If you were away for other reasons would you tell me those too? e.g. "sorry, I can't make it on Thursday, I'm having a colonoscopy".
And what is 'annual leave' meant to mean anyway? Why not just say 'holiday' or 'leave'. What makes it 'annual'? What makes you think I am concerned about your contract of employment and its terms?

Think I’ve posted this before but deserves it again, iPads.

What a truly fucking awful bit of kit they are! Apple cunts!
Just bought one for my daughter, but I agree.

So many things annoy me about Apple and their monopoly of things and how they hold you prisoner to their systems and their way of doing things only.

Why on earth would you want the option to have a replacement battery for your phone? Why would you want an SD card or a USB port on your iPad?

What on earth would be the point of their pricing their products a little bit cheaper, when they can be £200 dearer than everything else?

Everything else seems to be part of a universal system apart from Apple.

That and It are bonkers.
How have they managed it .
Create a brand that runs in the face of all competition.
It's a bit like the betamax /vhs conundrum.
It's anti competitive IMO and one of the examples of where businesses get away with (mostly Utiliities) things ,that say ,a social body such as a union do not.
