It never really bothered me before because I thought footballers were covid tested twice a week but read somewhere it was only if symptoms were showing so the same protocol as you and me.

I've never understood the objections either. They are training and playing at close proximity and there are no objections at a crowded 6 yard box at a corner yet when they score they have to do it at a safe distance?!

Yeah I never understood the seperate entries into the pitch.

As I say if everyone was covid tested regularly then I could understand it but if they aren't and still allowed to do things in close proximity then it's going to piss off the average Joe when they cannot visit loved ones etc...

Your phone clearly saying it has Internet signal and it's running slow as though it's like the E symbol not 4g.

Just tell me I haven't got signal rather than pretending.

Watching MNF and rather than chatting about Leeds v Palae, won't shut up about Man City v Liverpool.

Dedicated 15+ mins so far, including Carra's line drawing.

They had newsbeat in Scotland yesterday and in one place it was -16, one woman said her husband was walking around in a t shirt as its only a bit chilly.

It's cold, why are you trying to prove otherwise?

The builders that ran a hose across the road and connected it to my daughter's outside tap certainly annoyed her the other day. Cheeky fecks.
She's on a meter too, so it probably cost her 20p! :)

State of the roads is criminal. Pot holes all over the place.

Less then a week later, need a new windscreen after a lorry flicked up a huge chuck of the road. No need for the roads to be in this state, surely it's a the perfect time to have them repaired.

Lucky bstrd ;)
I'd be chuffed, given that the windscreen on our (my dragon's) car is so badly scratched it could do with replacing on the insurance!

Third scam landline call so far today from "Amazon" saying I could cancel my purchace of an ipad by pressing 1. Blocked the previous 2 numbers, the third is from another different UK landline no.
The same pre-recorded robotic voice each time. I keep blocking their no. but they just call on another.
Makes a nice change from "Martin" in India helpfully telling me I have a problem with my Microsoft account.

The cashier at Sainsbury today who gave me a look of disgust, before pulling on a pair of surgical gloves before accepting my crisp, straight out the atm £20 note! 🙄

Once the gloves were on, did she apply the lube?

People who insist on tapping or pressing their contactless card against the card machine.

Surely the whole point of contactless is that, well, it is contactless?

Worse the cashiers who do it to you. Canley McDonalds do it to me all the time, force the machine into contact when I’m holding it just above.

People who write thank you as one word. I don't know who started this, but I will look for you, I will find you and I will kill you.

Never knew this, always thought it had to be 'tapped' for the transaction to occur. In future my card will hover above the pad and I will look on in disgust at anyone who insists on 'tapping' their card on the pad.

This would have pissed me off, I would have gone out with a saw and cut the hose or turned the water off from the inside.
