It might just have been a mirror of the Wasps rhetoric however.

Same language, different reaction to it from some.

It sounds, to me... remarkably like the language SISU have and do use to justify their very being wrt the football club. If I were a Wasps fan or, indeed, if I'd just sold my stadium management company to them, I'd be rather concerned...

You think CCFC fans and the Council and Higgs should be concerned if SISU buy ACL, have I understood that correctly?

A specialist Rugby programme on TV did a poll about the move, which said Against 76 for 24, a week later after Wasps publicity For 72 Against 26.....

Of course all this is a nonsense, only time will tell. To be honest I don't care whether whether Wasps fail as hey have never meant anything to me, however lets qualify that, I don't want to see any sporting team fail especially when they have been National Champions.

The biggest regret for me is CCFC are not in the Ricoh with the Stadium as their own. The strongest football and rugby sides own their own stadium and revenue streams.

Nothing is straight forward in business, but I still feel our owners have failed us. Despite Fishers claims we are good at making friends, despite Joy studying real estate at University, despite Joy being on a takeover panel, despite all the posturing "we batter people in court"...we are the Victorian poor looking through the frosty window at the sweet shop counter.

About time Joy produced the smoking gun and started shooting it up for CCFC......in fact that is well overdue by about seven years.
