Not just city
Wonder if they use the same ticketing service. Surely there must be something written into the contract about availability and reliability of the systems, and some kind of penalty clause if they fail?

They haven't actually gone down though have they?

That’s fair enough however the majority will be for what I mentioned or their wives who spend all season moaning that their husbands spend Saturdays watching 22 grown men kicking a football.

In the end people will always say they are fans. In the end if you commit to a season ticket with an upfront payment I see no issue

Just logged on to have a gander at how many tickets (blue dots) are available. Found this. Not even a message to come back later.

8.00PM is gonna be carnage.

The debate on ST holders and extra tickets is always interesting. At 8pm tonight, ticket touts can buy and profit out of fans. We’re not a Liverpool, Manure or Arsenal but look at the profits touts make on the ST’s and individual tickets they have.

I know it’s an odd one and something we would have ever thought about as a city fan but the reality is that people could buy tonight with a view to making a profit versus a ST holder buying for a friend (who may go little, may go often, but has probably been at some stage and can do so at cost, not at a profit to a tout who isn’t a fan)

Just a different perspective to it all and good luck to those at 8 tonight.

Isn't it one per customer number? They still could but hard work if they wanted to buy a few.

Where are we now, back in 1955?
If I got an extra it would be for my armchair fan husband FFS.
Everyday sexism on this site is worse than any social media I use.

He said majority to be fair. Hardly the sexism crime of the century.

Perhaps true (don't know), but it appears that legitimate members are being denied access unless they use workarounds. And I think it was said yesterday that lots of people (including ST holders) travelled to the ground yesterday, queued for ages and then got sent away? If true, was that down to the club's decision making, or did the systems fail?

Not sure we know any of that for certain

The system was available for people. It wasn't offline.

They got turned away because it was late?

A point that was raised a few pages ago, there was a physical shutter type barrier between 9 and 10 with facilities both sides (toilets, refreshments), it's clearly been designed to be separated as and when needed. I was a season ticket holder in block 10 while it was opened. Obviously it's been a few years since it was opened for home fans so may have changed.

Like you minimised sexism on social media by saying comments like that were worse?
Another nonsensical reply.
I don't see all social media. I can only comment on what I access and this site is the worst.
Maybe if you see worse elsewhere you could aim to challenge it here, not minimise it?

Guessing you don't use any others then. Probably for the best.

Past experience shows that selling tickets in Block 12/13 can be done with ample segregation, Crewe, etc.

Unless something has changed in the stadium or within the operations of the Arena or club there is no reason the club can't sell tickets there and maximise revenues, while also ensuring as many bums are on seat as possible.

Would be interested to know what the reason for not selling these tickets are.

Isn’t it terrible having all these issues of squeezing in over 31000, i much preferred it in block 17 when we had most of a row to ourselves 😜
There’s quite a few involved in this particular discussion who only 5 or 6 years ago believed our current ground to be miles to big for us and that a new 20,000 seat stadium would be perfect.

Condescending, inaccurate, knee jerk mansplaining whilst avoiding any self-reflection or responsibility.
Get a grip. Log into any other social media and the racism, sexism and all of the other isms will be much worse.

It isn't knee jerk to say factually that other social media sites are much worse than here. In fact, have a look at mumsnet where its much more sexist.

Anyway, tickets are available to both men and women and if they moan or not.

Just had an email from The Empire.

They're showing both City games.

I went there for the Sunderland away fixture, cracking atmosphere.
