Calling for Robin's head is the silliest thing I've heard all day. We lost by the finest of margins today, and even could have won it against a team on an upward trajectory in recent weeks. So in the cold hard daylight it was not so bad but the frustration is coming from the enormous expectation. Confirdent it will come good with some tweaks in the back room staff that now need to happen.
I didn't need any more convincing he should go, but here we are.

It's madness to think nobody would want the job.
Personally don't see King making a big compo payout for someone already in a managerial position so who are we realistically looking at that is available?

Its no good having 100 applications if its the likes of Russell Slade, Andy Thorn and Kenny Jacket applying

Who are the realistic prospects we think we come in and cause a complete turnaround with the squad and coaching setup we have?

Wrong subs today, soon as we lost the press from Bassette it changed the game.

Even when losing, like for like subs.

Time for a new manager before it's too late. He's all out of ideas.

Fuck off

Doug has to act now. We are sleep walking into a relegation fight.

Relegation at this point in time would be an utter disaster in so many ways.

Can you see this manager with these players fighting to stay up?

On or off target matters not when they miss 2 very decent chances and ha e a goal chalked off that shouldn't have been .

I think it does matter, but at a deeper level than I really care to bother on!

the “goal” I can see both sides and the tv angles didn’t show clearly enough for me either way.

It’s not my job in all honesty, I guarantee there’s managers out there that would be doing better than we are with this team.

surely you have to agree with that?
So you’re working on a hypothetical. You said there are hundreds of managers available. Surely you could name at least 1

Sorry but it’s getting annoying now the people who give him all the praise he rightly deserves but won’t allow any criticism deflecting onto everyone but him when it’s going badly.

Also the players get upset with criticism. I agree it can be shite but for feck sake, you professional players. It’s a part of the game.

Fully respect his work. But atm we’re out of ideas, showing no bottle or passion and look tactically clueless.

2 more to go I feel but would be over the moon if we turn it around.

It hasn't been robins fault for the months this poor form has been going on.

It won't be his fault when we are in the relegation zone.

When can things be his fault?
Id blame him when we aren't creating chances and getting hammered every week. Bar Leeds we could well have won every game this season

You’d look abroad in my opinion

Of which I don’t know any really; the point is

Had Norwich managers heard of theirs

Wednesday heard of Danny rohl

I could keep going
You spent half this season moaning about our signings and you’d trust our management team to appoint an unknown manager from overseas rather than stick with Robins

Ten games in and this was very much like the opening game away at Stoke. Poor first half, improved second but just not good enough overall.

We have several areas of concern but the biggest one for me is; We’re severely lacking any kind of creativity. Which makes the call for a new manager a bit redundant, as someone new giving the players a bollocking isn’t going to fix the gap in the squad.
