Suppose it’s sort of risk we have to take if it is him. Established attacking midfielders at this level are out our price range.
I cant see MR falling for another player signed with a history of injury and attitude, especially when its a tight budget with every penny counting. All transfers are a risk but this one with Brown is too much of one for me. Palmer i can understand, Tino i would like, Rudoni makes sense and Callum Wright would fit into the group.
Brown is none of the above and hope its not him, can believer or betterdays eliminate that name as a possibility, would calm a few down and save a few posts for sure.
Isaac Christie-Davies is anotherThere can't be many ex Chelsea AM, who played in the championship last season
Played most of last season in Slovakia…if it’s him then we really are struggling!Isaac Christie-Davies is another
Barnsley Am played 2 games

Still fits the briefPlayed most of last season in Slovakia…

Lol the one who played 20 games for Chelsea in the Premier League? To Coventry City?it is Trevor Chalabah

Sounds great until he’s a centre backtuchel wants him to get a full season under his belt

Young attacking mildfielder with Chelsea links who played in the Championship last season
I would rather him than Izzy Brown and that Barnsley fella, although Domingos Quina (on loan from Watford last season) at Barnsley would be a nice pick upKasey Palmer
Trust me
Kasey Palmer

I really don’t understand the logic of spunking all our money on a guy who played 6 games last season in a poor Bristol team. If he turned down $12k at Cardiff I don’t want to think what salary he would be getting at us… what a bloody waste!

Rediscover from when?I get that. However, have a think about why he would come here over Cardiff. And he wont be on 12k a week here.
He wants to play and rediscover his class, under a person who nurtured him and brought him through
I wonder who that might be...
Also its not all our money. We're better off this summer than a lot of people think
Something more exciting that we haven’t been speaking about is the CB from a top PL club, @Skybluebeliever is this one done or still on?
Imagine it's due to most players being on holidayLooks like the '3 that are ready to drop' are not dropping!
We can only hope that it's because investment has been secured and we are now 'shopping at Harrods' to quote John Sillett back in the day.

Didn't Skybluebeliever say the AM deal has been done, just not announcedLooks like the '3 that are ready to drop' are not dropping!

The centre back target is not sorted and there are a few options , this I think is the furthest away but things are changing daily , quite a few players have been on holiday and returning soon so would expect things to move thenSomething more exciting that we haven’t been speaking about is the CB from a top PL club, @Skybluebeliever is this one done or still on?
Being made to train with the 23s is not something managers do lightlyDoesn’t fill you with confidence:
Palmer, Pearson and a Bristol City transfer problem three years in the making
Bristol City risk repeating the Kasey Palmer situation of last season in which one of their highest-earning players delivered minimal value on the pitch for maximum expenditurewww.bristolpost.co.uk
