I don’t have any such desire. You think Russia was provoked into invading-which is the most bewildering claim of all. Not a serious one but even so
You do accept surely that direct western involvement between two non NATO countries is a breach of NATO rules and as illegal as Blair and Bush and their fun and games in the Middle East?
Which NATO rule? You do accept surely that direct western involvement between two non NATO countries is a breach of NATO rules and as illegal as Blair and Bush and their fun and games in the Middle East?
NATO is not involved in the conflict. You do accept surely that direct western involvement between two non NATO countries is a breach of NATO rules and as illegal as Blair and Bush and their fun and games in the Middle East?
In all of this, the Russians think that way. So with respect to people, our views count a tad less. But….Russia’s narrative has been consistent if nothing else.I don’t have any such desire. Narrative has been consistent with any aggressive invader - find any justification and play it up. They continue to hold this line because they've ended up in a protracted conflict that they were not expecting. Took Crimea with little serious international grief. Been fighting in Donbas & Luhansk since 2014 without any serious international opposition/aggravation so consolidating that area would have been far less controversial or provocative. In all of this, the Russians think that way. Caveat is US admits it would take 16 months to train them and the logistical support (maintenance etc) would still be a nightmare.Americans taken some Ukrainian pilots to train in F16s - these planes much more suitable for armour busting than Typhoons and far more practical than F35s
But it’s a lot less than Typhoon and far more practical as an air solution as I believe Poland has some ?Caveat is US admits it would take 16 months to train them and the logistical support (maintenance etc) would still be a nightmare.
Not so funny for the people who have been murdered, raped and had their lives destroyed by the war or previous wars is it though?Thats fucking hilarious

laugh at him, he's made a big enough fool of himself being esb's halfwit sidekickNot so funny for the people who have been murdered, raped and had their lives destroyed by the war or previous wars is it though?
Hahaha yes war crimes are so funny aren't they
So because of the views of other people on here you think people not being held to account for war crimes is hilarious?Well it is given the moral high ground taken on this thread and the belief the US cares a fuck what Russia do in Ukraine
So because of the views of other people on here you think people not being held to account for war crimes is hilarious?
Well you think the Us are the good guys don’t you?
I think the people on here who supported Blair and Bush in their little war and describe Blair as a great PM are hypocrites of the highest order. Do you?
It doesn't matter who the good guys are, war crimes, surprisingly enough, are not hilarious.
The point at issue is that you think it is hilarious that war crimes potentially go unpunished.Nope you are. Was Blair a good PM? Yes or no? It’s I know difficult here for you as you I’m sure supported Blair despite the fact he himself allied to Bush and a war which was illegal and where torture was encouraged.
Has a country ever been involved in war without committing war crimes? It’s not all about playing football on cease fire day
They've committed some henious crimes themselves

Maybe could have simply directed all their efforts in Feb 2022 into Donbas & Luhansk. Would have been simpler and presented the "West" with a fait accompli. Let's not kid ourselves - if they had reached Kiev in that first week they would have taken the whole country for themselves.
Was it cold that day? Hope you had your long John’s OnHas a country ever been involved in war without committing war crimes? It’s not all about playing football on cease fire day

More deflection.
You think war crimes are hilarious.
You don't think saying it's hilarious is crass and insensitive to the innocent victims?i find the double standards hilarious
I think your one sided view of good and bad is hysterical
You don't think saying it's hilarious is crass and insensitive to the innocent victims?
At least I don't find war crimes hilarious and think the invaders are the good guys.
