It’s probably what happens if you’re forced to fight by a madman and don’t believe in the the aim of it, much like we’re seeing with the Russians now.Seems crazy , guessing it's not as a stand alone nation as Ukraine would slap them about , basically the Italy of ww2
Them gypsiesRussian tanks won't come here. Park them for more than 5 minutes the locals would have stripped them down for scrap metal
Apparently NATO is to blame, what a c**t.Seems Russia readying their nukes, wonder how long before everyone else readys theirs.
Indeed, let's hope his military overthrow the psycho before he does something even more stupid, I do hope he attacks a NATO country just because I want to see NATO power completely destroy the Russians just wish nukes wasn't a option tbh.Apparently NATO is to blame, what a c**t.
They are going to meet it seems

Exactly. If anything this reinforces why Ukraine should be in NatoWhy give Putin anything in return?
Seems like Russians have managed to "liberate" their choice for puppet govt leader (Medvedchuk) from his house arrest for treason.
Thats never going to be realistic, have you seen the size of his dining table??Not close enough. Within 6 feet would have been nice.
Now repeat after me "Glory to Ukraine"I do like the fellas who have captured a tank driver
I think because it's what they have done before but their previous efforts were in much smaller countries. They assume it will work again.Just don't see the point, it's clear that even if they topple the current government and install a puppet regime the people of the people of Ukraine will still keep fighting
Hopefully it’ll also see the beginning of the end of the division across the western world and realise that we’ve been played by an actual enemy. So, Putins actions so far have…
Brought the west/nato strongly together for the first time in years
Brought significant economic sanctions onto his own country, himself and his cronies
Encouraged Germany to drop their long standing rule to not supply lethal weapons to countries
Accelerated focus of countries to seek alternative energy supplies/imports that his own economy is reliant on selling to them
Got Germany to boost their defence spending to the largest in Europe
Got hundreds or thousands of Russian military needlessly killed
Led to a significant increase in Nato military presence in eastern Europe
Caused a number of protests on the streets of Russia which could lead to public questioning his leadership however this ends
Made non nato members in region start to seriously consider joining nato
Led to a loss of support of various countries that were willing to work with him/have a relationship with him
Played a blinder ! There’s a long way to go and I really can’t see how this ends, however, I can’t imagine this is how he envisaged the first week panning out. Who’s advising him ?! What a totaly unnecessary mess
Now that is brave with Belarus's history of imprisoning and torturing opponents and dissidentsPro Ukraine protests breaking out in Belarus of the back of the news that Lukashenks has declared war on Ukraine.
No surprise we’re all talk
I think David Lammy made this point on TV this morning prompting Pritti Patel to call him a liar on twitter posting a link to the government’s guidance on line as proof he’s lying only for the link to prove him correct in what he was saying. Which was basically that there’s no route for Ukrainians fleeing war to join family and loved ones in the UK.
He stole the last election with Putins support, he’s not exactly a popular leader and he’s just made himself even more unpopular. It’s not beyond the realms of possibility that this triggers a civil war in Belarus as I think he has the army behind him. That will be the EU’s and NATO’a fault no doubt too.Now that is brave with Belarus's history of imprisoning and torturing opponents and dissidents
That'll convince Putin to back down I'm sure.100000 at Berlin anti war demonstration wow

I hadn’t seen the seasonal worker Tweet, what sort of moron would come out with something like that. The government aren’t covering themselves in glory but it’s not as bad as suggested and expected to improve further

ps I’d personally be disgusted if they are stopping people joining relatives
