that’s not equipment it’s the 4th official reviewing it and deciding the ref did not make a clear and obvious error in not awarding a penalty - if he had awarded one it’s still given and would not be overruled then

I'm not sure, in my opinion it failed the other night, but either way,it didn't put the issue to bed conclusively which is what these things are supposed to do.
I don't think it did, and the point is its been.proven to fail before so no one can say conclusively that it hasn't or won't fail again.
The issue of the other night came up due to a wider debate about VAR otherwise I wouldn't have nentioned it, as I said, I'm not getting too bent out of shape about it
