Viveash gone (2 Viewers)

Sad to see viveash go, its like breaking up batman and Robin! Boateng I can only guess will be new assistant manager and Carr has a fairly good looking cv and I suspect will fill the player development side that viveash was known for. Hopefully everyone was onbaord with it, and it's a coaching improvement. All the best Adi and thanks for some great years and memories!

Given we’ve already appointed replacements it’s hardly likely is it

Why not? He might have given the club the heads up before end of season.

Haha nothing from me other than shock tbh. Been told a reason why but unsure on it
Heard whispers his methods didn’t align with new school of players earlier in year - wonder if that’s developed.

We are in shock, this hasn’t just happened today though. Trust process.

change can be good, best teams evolve and change, part of the journey. Robins will leave at some point also, the club will remain.

Yeah he's made Robins more modern a manager tactically. Tbf our dip in League 2 happened when Viveash came in as we tried systems arguably more sophisticated than the players we had at the time, since then he's certainly contributed plenty.

Maybe he's the lineup leak 😉
he's not

Hardly likely. It’s clearly a restructure. Robins will be on the line to achieve this season.

My main concern is that we’ve been improving every year under the current regime and looked in line for a promotion push this season. We could get even better under the new structure but seems a big risk?

To really push on you sometimes have to take risks.

Being typical you, you shoot something down but you have absolutely no knowledge of what he could offer either. Everyone has to start somewhere.

Surely Andy Whing has shown far more potential if its ex players you are interested in?

Very disappointing, sounds like something has gone off behind the scenes??
Just hope that it doesn’t affect Robin’s loyalty.

But like me Grendel you don't really know? As usually you say to people you don't know about a players contract, then when it suits you, you know everything 😂

Of course it is a restructure, because Viveash has gone. Why we don't know? To be honest we just have to crack on regardless of the reason.

The one certainty is loads of posters will be pushing out inaccurate bullshit conspiracy theories. 😂

What sounds like what?

Wouldn’t be surprised if he was asked to move to a different role and refused. Might explain the statement being a bit abrupt. Presumably they’ll have had to pay out his contract too.

Haha I don’t give a shit if they’re ex players or not. I was merely pointing out that Doyle had been tweeted twice in three days. Putting two and two together. There might be nothing in it.

I’d welcome Doyle back as he is, in my opinion, a club legend, relatively new in his coaching career and he clearly loves the club. I also trust that MR would have more insight into his coaching abilities than some troll on SBT.

Just say it.

Most purple understand that stuff you get told can be inaccurate or things can change.

I didnt know Adi was on his bike so this isnt aby ITK, just a chat I've had off the back of ghe news

Basically what has been posted above. His methods are quite old school. They are fantastic at bringing the best out of average players, but don't sit well with your multi million pound signings who have experienced higher levels of training etc. These changes have been made with a look at improving this side of the club and moving into a more modern way of player training and conditioning, which may well work

It's true he evidently didn't get on well with a few of last years new recruits.

He's known the writings on the wall for a while and leaves on his own terms there's no behind the scenes unrest with it other than people are a bit miffed with the way some things are done now. Don't expect to see him become a .manager elsewhere, he isn't interested..

It may well be a good move it may well be shit, but there is one thing I think we should all be worried about and that's Robins. And this is my own personal view....

Robins whole support network that got us to where we are today is now gone. He was very close personally and professionally with Boddy. The same for Dennis Lawrence, and of course we all saw his working relationship with Viveash got us from the pits of despair to now. All those Robins trusted Inherently are now gone. That's what we should be worried about. This revamp may well work a treat, and I'm sure we all hope it does, but I genuinely feel that if we don't get Promoted, or run it extremely close, we may well be sitting here this time next year discussing a new manager.

Look, as has been said the reason is the performance director as is her job has completed a review of the coaching set up and thinks we can improve it by making changes.

This is her job and we we employed her.
Quite possibly but it’s not very enlightening to just say that there would still be a reason behind it.
