it is pretty sad that people just can't grip they have decided to make changes to the coaching structure as they feel they are needed to get take the club to the next level.

adi was a great servant and a big part of the success but it wasn't just him and we have now employed a former international assistant and and a promising up and coming coach from a PL team instead.
I have a feeling this post won’t age well …

i'd get that seen to mate

but if you want to believe with no evidence at all they have all fallen out then crack on, everyone has the right to wrong
If you think it’s all very amicable despite no quotes from Adi, Robins, King, the players etc then fine but that would be an odd take on the evidence presented so far. Boddy got a far better statement when he left ……

okay fella, i've got a bridge i'd like to sell you

why does it have to be amicable for adi? he's probably not happy he's not got a job but that's not really the point is it

now where do you want this bridge delivering?

Some people simply don’t want/like change.

Keep doing the same things and you get the same results.

I personally welcome the changes, I believe them to be a good thing and have been made by cleverer people than me with the best intentions of the club in mind.
100% correct 👍

Exactly. The club is evolving and that doesn’t just mean players. Huge amount of work is going on behind the scenes to put this club in a position to be the best it can.

I’m not sure if you struggle with coherent thought or are deliberately misunderstanding ….

I’m not opposed to the changes, time will judge them. My point is simply the comms suggest the change is not an amicable one. I haven’t suggested it should or needed to be amicable.

As they say "absence of evidence isn't evidence".

You may be right, AV may have asked the performance lass to give her a California Hot Plate, or he might have identified that Doug is Joy in drag. Could be anything.

But until we know people are just filling the void with theories and nothing more. I'm happy to believe the clubs until something credible points to the contrary.

I do get where you are coming from, but don't forget Fadz was unceremoniously dumped out back in January without any fanfare. Did we believe he had been stealing screenwash from the clubshop?

What I struggling with you massive clown is the lack of evidence you have for there being any kind of fallout that has lead to Adi leaving the club.

The fact that the statement hasn't war and peace isn't evidence of anything.

What evidence is there fella? As has been said lack of evidence is not evidence.

Whilst initially i found this a shock, Im now of the belief that if its to take us to another level, then lets embrace it. AV did us well but we wont know if we will be better off unless we try. Lets not forget that he found us JDS and Collins :)

So you have no evidence then

You called Deity because of the amount of people who end up saying "oh my fucking god" to you?

He never said it was amicable?

Adi has basically been sacked because they believe they can do better. He's probably not happy about it.

Behind the scenes the game has changed massively since we were anywhere near the Premier League.

I think for a lot of people that only really follow us, the differences in the way top level clubs are run these days will have bypassed many while we were languishing down in League 2.

We’ve been tinpot for years under SISU and the days of a manager and his number 2 running the entire show are long gone.

Spreading the roles like this makes us stronger in the short term and also lessens the impact when Robins does eventually leave.
