Viveash gone (2 Viewers)

Which is what a number of us suspect. This is the new variable.

And I can see that as one of the possibilities. But it still gives no insight or indication into the reasons for that decision being made. With your background Grendel I know you know those reasons would never be made public and why?

It happens all the time in industry, companies change because they have to. Sometimes people disagree or don't want to be part of that change and they decide to leave.

I know someone who was superb at his job. He always chose to work for small companies because he liked to be a big fish in a small pond.

As I said before there could be a complexity of reason for Viveash leaving? People are still entitled to privacy. We had the same with Sakamoto's injury, some fans wanting the club to state what it was. But the club had told them all they needed to know, it was serious and he would be out for the rest of the season.

And even if they did know it wouldn't change anything.

The last sentence sums it up completely.
No need for the pathetic conspiracy theories or the over the top surprise at him leaving .
We move on and get behind Boateng and Carr

Adi leaves as a legend. Instrumental in dragging us from league 2 to a kick away from the Prem employing tactics far superior to our opponents at the time (e.g. the box). As much as I love Robins he wasn’t pulling up trees before Adi became his assistant so it’s a big call to make a change.

However, Adi learned his methods from the Jose Mourinho era at Chelsea. You can tell by how Mourinho’s career has gone recently that the effectiveness of these methods don’t work on young modern footballers. Over the last 2 seasons we’ve tried to employ a possession-based style at the start of the season unsuccessfully before reverting to a transitional style. We need new voices to ensure we can successfully employ the style Robins wants to play.

Think Robins has also looked on enviously at Ipswich last season using modern coaching methods to beat teams and feels he needs fresh impetus to replicate it.

With regards to not hearing anything from Boateng and Carr. Could it possibly be they are waiting for the team to be complete (waiting on the signing on a new assistant manager) and then they will do a whole "welcome our new coaching staff" article describing them in detail. There are far to many variables for people to just decided something is definitely off.

I doubt most fans give a sh*t about AV leaving. Most just care about players and the manager. This forum isn't how most fans think.
Well 12 months ago fans felt it was essential that we tied adi to a new contract, he was integral to our success, and great news when we did …. Now the save fans allegedly think it’s not important whether he stays or goes ….

Fans on here, Yeah. Most fans, Nah. A kid in the FZ isn't dreaming of being AV when they're older.

People who follow the club closely enough to scrutinize statements are a very, very small minority.

It's also possible to feel differently and accept an outcome based on 12 months worth of evidence.

We didn't improve last season on balance, and we fell away at the end of the season in every way.

If the Performance Director thinks that changing the coaching setup will address that, fair enough!

I also wonder who was responsible for pushing for Collins, Thomas, Kitching and JDS who all have failed to deliver up to expectation aside a few glimpses. Could this be a factor maybe?

I mean it's clearly not amicable, I think it looks obvious right now.

Why do we care? Just to speculate and and gossip in preseason I guess

Yep your already thin argument looks totally shambolic now.
Why? What evidence do you actually have? You have no evidence their was a falling out but you insist on spreading what is basically a lie on the internet.

The people with sources say there was not a falling out but Wayne and Kevin know better.

Crack on fella

And what if it is a compromise statement?
Perhaps the new coaches prefer not to make big statements? Perhaps the club feels it is better to leave that for later?

It is no doubt a big change. If they give Adi a big fanfare would that undermine the new coaches coming in? If they go big on the new coaches would that be disrespectful to the out going Adi?

I think the club are just trying to let the dust settle and give fans time to adjust to the change. I'm sure even if statements were made people would still have their own theories?
this really

Moanios tactics are long past their sell by date ,never mind young players, older players don't respond to them anymore.

Thank you . I feel validated knowing I have your approval.

Your entire argument is based on “ prove it “…. the logic of a playground child.

Forums are about opinion and speculation. If you want to read facts read a science book.

You entire "argument is based on a lack of evidence", the logic of a child who is too stupid to be allowed in a playground.

Forums are not about making up lies though are they which is what you are doing.

If you want to be tin foil hat plenty of the current squad posting about Godden and O'Hare leaving and how they're great blokes, will be missed etc. Not seen anyone from the current squad post about Viveash

A 4year deal then leaving, not a glowing goodbye on website, robins quiet about it

cov recent strength has been continuity which is slipping imo

no epic meltdown just potential worrying signs

Godden got a good send off Viveash didn’t
Why does Robins have to say anything ?

Well maybe, just maybe he hasn't covered himself in glory and he's had to go.

We've all seen people seemingly valued and are integral parts in a company suddenly shipped out very quickly without a word being said in our own work places.

It's no big deal.

He's gone and we'll probably never know why, personally I don't care, it's none of my business.

No point in talking about this anymore same as COH. They have moved on its time for us fans to do same. Robins i doubt will ever talk about it and only talk about moving forward with new staff.

You don't know anything about the reasoning so your entire post is speculation.
Absolutely. Sometimes you get it wrong when speculating but the clubs almost no response to his leaving is concerning. No comment from any players or MR inevitably leads to speculation especially when compared to Boddy, Matty, Fadz etc. leaving with glowing reports.
Matty praised Adi now he has left. I believe it is suspicious that only a player who would not be under any constraints has praised Adi.
I have already said if my suspicions are wrong, I will be the first to hold my hands up and say so.
Adi's contribution to the club and player improvement is factual.
I don't usually get involved in chat about club decisions or excessive speculation but to me this whole situation does not ring true.
