That’s why he’s on the radioOggy said we’re okay in midfield. Jesus wept.
I don’t care. He scored two goals. Which is more than Wright and Simms have managed all seasonHis movement outside of the box isn’t good enough
He normally talks a lot of sense to be fair.Oggy said we’re okay in midfield. Jesus wept.
Breaks the play and looks for the short pass in the right mix of midfielders he's sound.Hes is spectacularly uncomfortable on the ball for a CM. I like a lot of what he does but his pass execution is often poor as well. Certainly better than Kelly but not good enough to hold a Championship midfield IMO.
HES THE TOP SCORER IN THE LEAGUEHis movement outside of the box isn’t good enough
I do, supported by a mobile midfield. There seems little point playing Wright or Simms at the moment. I think Godden supported by Allen and Sakamoto next match would be better.Don’t want to see Godden alone up front.
He was shit against Leicester though Matt , wasn’t he?HES THE TOP SCORER IN THE LEAGUE
We were if you exclude Palmer.Oggy said we’re okay in midfield. Jesus wept.
I didn't think we were. Thought we were second to every ball. Kelly was fine, but Eccles who in theory should be the more dynamic of the two was extremely slow and half a yard behind the game. Not to mention his passing was awful. We were if you exclude Palmer.
HES THE TOP SCORER IN THE LEAGUE
I would sooner sack Austin if the season goes fully pear-shaped, but Robins has been given an opportunity to spend money that likely won’t be given to another manager for years and years. If he fucks it up then King will quite reasonably wonder if he has the right guy in charge.Anyone calling for Robins head needs to give their heads a wobble . Woeful tonight but sacking one of our greatest ever managers isn’t a realistic suggestion

I’ve gave him creditHe was shit against Leicester though Matt , wasn’t he?
Not sure I agree. I think that the problem was that Kelly and Eccles are too similar in style. We had two defensive midfielders and a big gap between them and PalmerI didn't think we were. I get that , tonight was shocking and second half against Hull wasn’t great but we do throw in a dreadful performance here and there. Norwich last season , Luton the season before …Biggest challenge of his career. We looked as bad today as when we first came up. Only now he’s spent £20m and needs to show results. And he’s doing it in front of a crowd that we all know could turn.
Summary?Not happy with Robins interview.
He clearly doesn't fancy Sakamoto.
The head of the recruitment team is a good mate of Robins.Isn't just him but the newly appointed recruitment team
Yes thats a fair comment. Not sure I agree. I think that the problem was that Kelly and Eccles are too similar in style. We had two defensive midfielders and a big gap between them and Palmer

Assume that means dipping into free agent market?Sheaf out for 6 weeks. God help us.
Robins says he's doing 1 or 2 things to sure the position up.
