According to Shugs the CBS move will all work out in the fullness of time!
Is the fullness of time more or less than the few days he said it would take to get sorted a couple of months ago

This is wasps last chance and the death rattle is almost here….

I doubt there are any investors out there and if they are they want the stadium.

At the moment they have only filed for an extension. Dont think it means it been granted. Hence why its not updated on baseboards yet.

Arena 2006 is new to requesting a NOI
Yes, but aren’t they saying they have been granted the extension? Or is it obfuscation on their part?

Im sure they have been granted it. But they love weasel words so you never know. As on BBC sounds like they have asked. not been given

I just can’t see who in their right mind is willing to invest the amount of money that they need. The premiership rugby bubble has burst, I think the RFU overestimated how popular they could make it, club’s gambled too much on it believing that potential. I genuinely think that they thought they could emulate premier league football. Maybe not achieve the numbers but they thought they could grow the brand like the premier league did and they haven’t really achieved anything like that, they’ve stuck lipstick on a pig. The presentation is better but at the end of the day it’s still a pig.

A normal investment you hope to get something back this one is like taking a big pile of cash throwing petrol on it and setting it on fire.

Does a court have to agree to any extension if a deal is close to agreement? They may ask what can you do in ten days that you have failed to do in 6 months.

My understanding is that the court doesn't have to agree if it thinks the NOI extension process is being abused.

So, for instance, HMRC could (and I suspect would) step in if they thought Wasps were just kicking the can down the road without any real possibility of resolving the problem. At that point Wasps would have to go into formal administration.

The bondholders could likely also do this if they could persuade the Trustee to act.

So what’s this about? All I see is enthusiasm.
all I see is desperation, they want a big crowd in to showcase to any potential investor and ticket sales aren't exactly spectacular. We all know how they hype themselves up, you can see them telling potential investors what a massive club they are and then they turn up to see a stadium full of empty seats.

Remember this game they are also giving free tickets away to blue light holders. So they are throwing everything at it

All CBS employees have been sent free tickets also.

Looking on the ticket map you can see the locations they have blocked out for the free tickets.

Also they dont sell the back 13 rows around the whole stadium
