1 minute I’m convinced we’ve got some American billionaires coming in to take us into the promised land, the next I’m convinced we’re stuck as tenants to the NEC and scraping around lower championship/league one for the foreseeable

The councourse is proper shocking for a new build. It's like they calculated the size of a person standing and just put that in, no room to move at all.

Ashton Gate's redevelopment is amazing in the home end concourses, loads of room to move about, tables to put your drinks on, food and drink outlets on both sides to reduce queueing.

The concourse isn't bad. Look at Stoke for example, it's not even close to being big enough. Wigan another example.

I have never had to queue at the Ricoh for a toilet for example. Most others you have a huge wait.

There's a licence there between ACL and wasps holdings.

In my opinion, it has a lot of value.
To who? I had a look at the paragraph you mentioned but I don’t understand it. Is it tying wasps to the CBS or forcing ACL to host wasps? I’m guessing the latter as it’s in the bond prospectus?

But we have been saying that admin doesn’t dissolve the obligation in respect of CCFC playing at the arena.

Guess it depends on how the agreements are done.

I think I must be the only one expecting Wasps to be involved in some shape or form.

What I mean is there is a deal to buy the rugby club out of admin, they will have cherry picked what they want and almost certainly wouldn't have bought that.

I’ve got the image of you being dragged off by the orderly’s in an insane asylum after a doctor in disguise reveals himself to you to be Richardson…

“it’s wasps… look it’s Derek Richardson” all whilst he looks at you with an evil smile

So NEC and Mike Ashley are the 2 that the council / ACL are looking into or they are the only ones putting bids in?

If they are extending staying out of admin, does that mean they are bids to takeover without admin?

Could they not have been as they’ve agreed to sell to Ashley if he gets it

It would be interesting if someone can ask Gilbert on Twitter whether Sisu have put a bid in and it's just not been considered or whether they've pulled their bid?

Seems strange for them not to try and get the Arena so did they just not bid or were they told their bid wouldn't be welcomed?

Given that we know SISU were definitely interested I'd say it's more likely Ashley gave them better terms than they were otherwise going to get.
