It could be very long winded. Would there not be other clubs where the process would be a lot quicker? Champ is full of big clubs who could go to the prem with the right investment.

Looking at it I think ACL going into admin and Dawkins and Sisu getting involved is our only hope. Of course maybe Ashley does want the club and Richard Keys is still a hairy prick.

Everything in the last year points to Ashley wanting back into football. Linked with Derby, Sheffield United etc. Getting the CBS would be the first step imo.

Agree with this take.
I think Ashley would want the club eventually but we will be fucked by the time he got it. At the end of the day he’s a businessman not a fan. He couldn’t give a monkeys if he’d took us to cleaners before purchasing us. He was hardly bothered by 40,000 angry newcastle fans.
