Champ is full of big clubs who could go to the prem with the right investment.Wouldn't be the wisest move for a guy who wants to take over the club to get embroiled in a long term game of distressing the club he wants to take over either. Everything in the last year points to Ashley wanting back into football. Linked with Derby, Sheffield United etc. Getting the CBS would be the first step imo.

Agree with this take.Looking at it I think ACL going into admin and Dawkins and Sisu getting involved is our only hope. Of course maybe Ashley does want the club and Richard Keys is still a hairy prick.
