"What conversations have you had about providing support for ACL?"
"None, any support we suggest will be shared with the group"

Duggins favours bridging funding from "bidders".

Ridley: "You have given assurances to the EFL but then you also say as freeholder you can't give assurances"
Duggins: "The ambition is to ensure the football club remains"

Duggins: "What kind of business would it be that turfs out the football club?"

Ermmmmmm is this the memory loss again?

WASPS paid c£15m for the lease they then revalued it to £50m+ on the back of the expected increased revenues over say 200 years

They anticipated gates of 20,000+ for their games plus add ons. Which haven't/ won't happen

There have been no significant improvements to the stadium but some £20m defects have been highlighted

£35m is not likely in a realmarket but could be to a vested interest purchaser

The council really are clueless idiots

Duggins says that we left for Birmingham on our own accord.

He is talking as if bidders are not the football club. The whole things stinks.

Ridley: "Would you be prepared to speak to SISU or Otium if they put an offer forward for the lease?"
Duggins: "Ask Reeves for advice, it will be the administrator to come to a conclusion for the best bid"

Ridley: "Is it time to bury the hatchet with the Sky Blues?"
Duggins: "I always made it crystal clear, while there was legal action then we would not have the kind of relationship we want. Those legals have gone and I have hoped we would build a better relationship."

Duggins now saying to Ridley that the decision was unanimous to sell to Wasps.

Maton isn't letting Ridley reply.

I must admit that did make me chuckle when he came out with that.

Ill be honest, coming out of that it does appear to be positive. The council seem to have come to terms with the fact there is nowhere else to turn and hide anymore.

My biggest thought from all this is that Richardson will be one of the bidders (like SISU were) but will end up the owner again with the tax and bonds gone.
