Yea I gained a lot of weight back, should melt of me for a few more months then hit a platue, but I’m busting my ass off atm, walking 20k steps a day gym 6 days a week and doing some step dancing shit at home with the gfA stone a half in a month? Fair fucking play!!!
I am in a private gym in a small town in Hungary, only about 30 people go here and we’re all friends, they support me more than my familyI don't like the ones full of gimps in the mirror at all. After the first couple of times you will notice everybody is in the same boat and don't bat an eyelid.

Cut out a lot of carbs and been hitting the gym but need another stone off.

Thought I’d bump this. Lost 1.5 stone in the past 7 weeks, aiming to lose another 8 in the next 12 months. Nothing fancy except running a calorie deficit alongside light exercise.

Sort of how I’m feeling now. While it’s good that I’ve worked out what I should have been doing the whole time, I’m now wondering what I could have done without all the extra weight.Dropped a stone switching to black coffee no sugar and not buying fast food. Kinda sad how easy it was tbh.
