He's not just talking about food and drink. It's parking and sponsorship. It's a huge amount of money. It would include access to revenues for other events as well. It would be millions.
You've got yourself confused again, I never mentioned any specific revenue streams. You keep introducing restrictions no one has mentioned.. when did I say that, I'm sure I didn't, I don't think anyone but you has?
However I do not see what the convention & event streams have to do with CCFC, when did Fisher say that? Its laughable if he did.
so im a troll because i offer a opinion you dont agree with. sorry but numbskull is apt
CCFC get match day money from all the hospitality, parking (which they buy from ACL and the sell at a profit) and, I believe, pitch-side ads and other sponsorship. The only thing they don't get is ACL's share of the concourse catering, which they've been offered as part of the deal. If they owned their own stadium they'd get all of that plus naming rights and stand sponsorship, but they'd also have to pay for all the (not inconsiderable) maintenance of the stadium and pitch. At the moment ACL carry that. Fisher wants all of the income and none of the costs.
He's legally obliged to top up the escrow account, so he can't get away with saying he's paid that out. They still owe the £1m + back rent, and they won't pay that. Just who I has made compromises, and who has not only not moved at all, but is now moving the goalposts?
Maybe you can show me the receipt for parking that says "paid to ACL". When the club offer me a parking season ticket to go with my one for the games, who gets the money?
You're the third party they sell the parking to, along with all the other match day parkers.

You stated the club were given the parking rights but then sold those rights to a third party. You made the claim so who is the company who now own the parking rights?

I have a cheque stub to remind me I paid ACL £189 for parking last June, not sure what they do with it though
for goodness sake, whoever ouch, grendel, torch, or all the others are,
we, as CCFC fans are thoroughly sick of being lied to,
i listened to the TF interview, & though the interviewer failed woefully to press home the need for a real answer, instead of an evasive side manoevre,
ffs go & ask true sky blues'
by the way Tim, rocket science is not your strongest point,

You know what they say, 'the truth lies somewhere in the middle', meaning what ACL and SISU say, it's somewhere in the middle. If you believe the camp of careerist politicians, I think you're gullible as is anyone who believes what a politician says in general!

Doing the sums based on selling 1500 season tickets at £190 pa and a few pay at gate tickets at £10 a pop (i.e roughly what is stated on the ACL website) it raises about £300,000 income.
That figure of course does not deduct the necessary maintenance, attendance or administraion costs.
Note that is about half the figure Grendel claimed for it in a different thread, he can borrow my abacus if he wants.
I don't think I'll be able to teach him how to research information.
The idea that local councillors of all parties are, to a man (and woman) careerist politicians, is laughable.
Some extreme prejudice is blinding you to reality. Local councillors are, in many cases, local people from all walks of life, with experience and expertise. To tar them all as incompetent, stupid and out to destroy the football club makes your argument null and void. I can therefore ignore what you post in the certain knowledge that you are not being objective or balanced.
IMO based on observation most fans don't buy anything at the ground or park there so it would surprise me if these figures are accurate.

Sbt-afecking prick.
How much tax have you paid you little shit?
I think you put a load of words into my mouth too, there, Taylor. Your posts are full of unfounded assumptions and assertions about other posters' views.
FWIW I have met many politicians down the years, of several parties too. I disagree with some but do not dismiss their public service credentials like you do.
Clearly you hate politicians, OK you are entitled to your opinion but it is ill-informed.
It is interesting that you trust a hedge fund's spokesman but not EVERY local councillor. I don't know what the truth is but I know politicians are accountable to the electorate and face prison if they lie or misuse public money. Are SISU? You want the Ricoh handed on a plate to international venture capitalists. It was paid for by the people of Coventry, in the main. SISU have to pay for it or get out. Would you build a house for someone who then refused to pay you rent and demanded you give them the house at a knockdown price?
