It’s just slow obvious play. Ok they do some lovely accurate passes to each other and the pass accuracy statistic (excluding Milan) this evening must be something to be proud of but…..even watching at home you know which player the ball is going to and who it will go to afterwards…..and did I say it’s such slow play.

Game was like so many this year, too much sideways and backwards, no speed of pass out wide, by the time it gets there, teams are set, poor defending and strikers not pulling the trigger.
Could have been any of our games this year, it’s early for Frank so he needs time but at the moment, it’s the same rinse and repeat

Tye xG stats are interesting, WBA 0.47, CCFC 2.24.

That is their lowest xG throughout their run of draws and our xG was the highest for opponents during that run. And yet we lost 🙁

Just shows what a load of bollocks xG is. People pay to much attention to it. Like any statistic it needs context.

Only watched second half
Bidwell has to score
Rudoni / Torp same
Sheaf same
Bassette same

This started okay, but my god, did it all go downhill.

And that has to be one of the worst pieces of defending I have witnessed in some time for the second goal. Thomas and Lati, both shocking.. Thomas especially.

Sheaf was very poor and Rudoni was poor until the last 8-9 mins, when he suddenly decided to start playing.

EMC, non existent. BTA non-existent.

Poor finishing too. First from Torp and then from Sheaf, when he ballooned the header over the bar.

Sheaf now seems to be constantly putting in sub-par performances and he just doesn't look the same player.

It's a bit of a mess to be honest.

Remember when there was talk of Luton offering £15M for him? I'd take £4M right now, not the same player since injury.

We are not staying up with this defensive record. We can't expect to score at least 2 goals per game just to get 1 point per game.

It's not bollocks.

He did the hard part, he got there and then his chocolate wrists did their usual trick.

0.24 post shot expected goals on that shot.
It was a really good finish after some pitiful defending. Even your xG (ex-gran) could see that.

More and more I think about it, I really don’t think we can get automatics.

We couldn't get automatics at the start of the season.

I say that, the Thorn teams at least took the lead quite often.
It’s our turn this season to just be that massively underachieving team that drops a stinker, as long as it doesn’t fully implode and we don’t go down I’ll genuinely take that right now.

to the people that will say why get rid of robins then, I do see where you’d be coming from admittedly

I think we should make it, but it will be tight. Need Wright back ASAP

Starting to believe we're not underperforming, rather the run we went on lastseason was a massive case of over performing.
