thats funny, i thought you were The Trust Leader Without Portfolio doing "everything possible" to get Cov back to the Ricoh instead of making snidey comments that show you to be just a ridiculous SISU OUT at any cost type...

what's really funny is that the point of this thread was people being honest about their position/relationship with different parties in the ccfc mess but what's happened is a fair few posters have said who they are but the ones who (allegedly) should be declaring their interest either haven't or have kept off this thread altogether!

Well done for raising seven kids, I bet that's been hard work.I've got two and they take up nearly all my time.
Having seven kids, was it your hips/back that made you retire early.

So if openness and transparency is the goal, surely the example to set is by calling out those people by name rather than vaguely hinting?

That's really the problem isn't it? Just another divisive thread, setting up fan against fan. Surely the whole idea of this forum (and many others) is to allow free and open discussion with a degree of anonymity and personal protection. If people want to say something about themselves then they can on their members page, no need for any form of witchhunt or outing. Just move on, there are bigger issues than this to address.

I'm really sorry if I've caused offence. It's definitely not a witch hunt! To save repeating the entire thread see the exchange I had with torch which I think is the important bit. If it's becoming divisive then it's time to kill this thread cos I've been having a really good exchange of tweets with the new group and Les Reid and have put forward an idea for trying to create unity and that's way more important this this thread. Generally speaking, if someone's playing sneaky or has an agenda or whatever it tends to out itself outside of any inspired machiavelian exploits. The majority of people aren't up to anything, even if they've been called ACL cheerleaders or Timmy and so on.

...or they don't exist.

Or even if they do exist, the workings of a message board is oretty irrelevant to who they are in an offline world, unless they use that authority to make a bid for status here.

I think it's the right of every poster to have his/her anonimity. So what if we don't want our names made public, we've a right to make our own opinions heard...Just for the record, I have no involvement with ACL/CCC/SISU/Otium, or any other organisation. I am me, there are many others like me, but I'm the original me. ;)

CCC on the other hand stepped in and saved the Ricoh development when all seemed lost. ACL was formed to manage
the Stadia complex which on it's own is a massive task. Yes the rent was to high for a Championship or 1st division
club,which they have offered reduced terms on.

Basically ACL/CCC have done nothing to harm the club--Sisu on the other hand are destroying it. My only love in all of this is CCFC and playing in Coventry but not under sisu ownership.

Make of that what you like it will not change my opinion.:blue:
