Are you saying the council and wasps come in and save us by buying us or picking us up and back into the Ricoh and Higgs?

I agree about sisu just plainly being hated and it's clearly very personal between them.
Incredibly so. Authorities and companies just don't seem to want to work with them at all on any level.

Anger i understand, shock i don't, Wasps, CCC and the Higgs have all planned and all set for a battle to get rid off Sisu, this is the end game. No place to go, no card to play and no way Sisu can afford to keep this up, everything you are hearing now is to force Sisu to drop court action and soon as that is done i believe the final play in this game will upon us.

I believe while Sisu have been plotting court cases Wasps and all have covered every base and will now step on anyone in their way and be already steps ahead of Sisu next move. This will end up as a hostile takeover with Sisu having to walk with no way of coming back, its my opinion and has been for a while now.

I have no proof, but the way they are releasing info at certain times is an indication a bigger story it about to appear, its all set and we will be angry and frustrated but Sisu are being cornered and squeezed out. The club or what is left of it will be there for the powers that be to pick it up, sooner or later when Sisu are distressed enough an offer will come in to buy the club. Then it will be up to Sisu to put 1 million into running the club or sell to save any further loses for the investors, as i assume they are not keen to be pumping money in to run a stagnant business with no hope of a return.

I think you need to stop eating cheese before bedtime.

Question is if we did get new owners and sisu pissed off 1. would ccc change their mind and let new owners build in the boundaries or still screw over ccfc 2. what options and where could new owners build

and what company or business man out there would risk their money with the mess going on can anyone think somebody realistically who would buy ccfc?
They and others have a problem with SISU, not CCFC unfortunately what with them
owning us , the club is the weapon to beat them with.
SISU leaving is our only hope of survival, just can't see them going though, and for
that reason sadly we are "fucked" IMHO

But wasps said their was room to negotiate regarding the academy - not true was it? As it isn't about dropping the legals either - is it?

It is though Gren, as soon as its dropped Sisu are so exposed in any talks and are at the mercy of Wasps, CCC, and the Higgs center if they are not already. If you cant see the bigger picture or why this is all happening i'm not sure you will ever see the truth. Now i am not saying what is happening is right or i support it, but its a fact that Sisu are being pushed out for a connected party to takeover.

If i'm wrong i will happily meet up and share a beer and admit my opinion is way out, if i'm right well id still buy you a beer and be glad to have a chat as a fellow Cov fan.

We now as fans must make a decision are the CCC, Wasps and Higgs splitting Sisu away from the club, if you do this then you see that these parties are very confident that the club will be left but Sisu will not.

You'd almost think he didn't like the club much from the start.
What options do we have if they go?

It is quite obvious everybody has worked together to do the club over.

It was personal years ago.

I agree. I think it's pretty clear there's been a co-ordinated approach by various organisations to retaliate against SISU by pulling the rug from under the club at every opportunity. While I can understand the anger being directed at SISU, attacking a community asset such as CCFC as a means to get at SISU is clearly indefensible. In my opinion, it's repugnant, immoral and unethical.

PWKH Nov 2011 " As people the trustees want the club to succeed just as much as any other poster on this forum"

You should put that in a cracker along with other quotes from Lucas. Would go down a storm at the CCC Christmas party.

so really boils down to 3 options left:

1. disolve ccfc and just leave
2. sell to new owners
3. invest build new stadium and youth academy all on one site outside boundaries

1. Won't happen.
2. Who is going to "buy" nothing?
3. Our only hope, it seems.

Well since number 3 is about as likely as Australia winning the 2018 World Cup, I guess we're looking at Options 1 and 2.

The only existing available facilities that I'm aware of are at Nene Park. And that's currently the subject of a planning application to build a shopping centre. Frankly, I can't see SISU investing much. It looks like we're stuffed.

How are they exposed? They pay rent to Wasps / ACL. They're at the mercy of a rent increase yes.

They have no contractual relationship with the AHT.

They are a ratepayer to CCC but do not have any sort of contractual relationship with them.

How, knowing the above, could SISU be forced out? Remember who CCFC / Otium's main / only creditor is.

Unless chip fat is right and a company is waiting either wasps or connected company.

Is it ethical for a charity to collude with a hedge fund against another hedge fund? I don't know what the rules on these sort of things are.

The club is unsustainable now. This is another reflection on the total breakdown of relationships between all the parties and there is clearly NO CHANCE of reconciliation. The option is for CCFC invest in a new stadium and academy facilities ASAP.

Just thinking their and this a huge IF but say just saying IF sisu went to dissolve the club do you think we fans could step in and take it off them somehow or would they just tell us piss off and go ahead and do it anyways?

To be fair I think it it is true now I have read the article
I think they can rent short term as they are doing now and keep extending it.
They can rent up to 6 years was it?
Or the Higgs charity can give permission
I was only able to have quick read so I may have some of that wrong

I stopped reading after "to be fair" as this is anything but fair.

and why would SISU write off CCFC related debt to help out a London wasps associated company take over?

I really don't know how these things work if I'm honest. Hopefully someone else could shed some light on it. Some think it's possible.

Wouldn't it have to legally go down the route of administration?

Dongonzalos "proud of the council and proud of ACL" can finish the night off.

Chortles all round.

You can keep repeating it Grendel it doesn't bother me.
It took balls to stand and fight would have been far easier to roll over.
The real fuck up was the likes of you encouraging SISU on their antagonistic tactics.
Cheerleading not to sign up to rent deals and keep pushing for more.
Changing your stance and agreeing with the Northampton move.
Backing the legal action.
Throwing scorn on anyone who posted or suggested possible solutions and compromises.
With SISU's main cheer leader egging them on. They have successfully alienated the club and pissed off every possible person we may need help or need to work with at some point.
Now drip by drip it seems to be coming back to shit on us and I take no pleasure in it.

Yeah i believe so, as why else have all other bases been covered, why are they pushing sisu down the only Road that's left, it's as you say Build, dissolve or to sell, that is my point where else do Sisu go. Carry on investing while losing money, losing in court as well as potentially losing 600,000 in grants and an academy, why would they do that.

They are splitting Sisu away from the club and will pick up whats left and take it from there, sisu are well and truly in a corner and they have only 3 doors open to them to pick. End game and that is why we are finding certain information at certain times, if people think this has been done overnight and no other plan is in place, then anger, frustration and ridicule will be placed on those who see it coming.

I think Sisu now need to go.
Obviously no one is 'ever' going to forgive them and while they own CCFC we are going to suffer because of it.
Sisu. Do the decent thing, please ?

And that's the point now. Can argue argue argue and blame here there and everywhere. The simple case is sisu need to go and that's that as far as I'm concerned.

Everyone is to blame we all know but now it's past that for me. We won't have a football club as we kee debating how shit the ccc is and wasps are morally wrong. Yes we all know that. That doesn't help us save ccfc.

The point is ccfc can still be saved under new owners. Only option. The second option of course is sisu build and invest a news stadium and academy. (Don't laugh)
