The club are a bit of a joke at the minute but I agree that a lot of people are idiots. Now complaining on the radio that the season tickets don't have a barcode to scan
And the beer is expensive

Lots of people there just looking to be angry today.

Bloke stood by a shut door saying he was going to fucking kick off at the ticket office, just walk to the next open one and go in there?

I don't care if people are angry what I don't like is the abusive attitude I see to young ticket and catering staff. It's not acceptable.

In regard to ticketing.
The CCFC web site for Shrewsbury tickets was inaccurate in regard to these additional fees, it called them processing fee and ticket master calls it Serrvice charge and delivery charge. It also said the processing fee would not be charged for print at home tickets. So I expected not to be charged this £1 processing fee / service charge, but it did. I sent an email to the Club, and I now notice they have corrected this for the Bury game, but still calling it processing and not service charge as ticketmaster web site calls it.
My point is at the begining of the season there were going to be no cash turnstiles, so every ticket would be surcharged with this £1 service charge, so IMHO the club should be saying the £26 ticket +£1 service charge should be a £27 ticket with no further surcharges, customers dont like being surcharged. Better still taking the hit themselves.
The Club has always paid the cost of admin to selling tickets when done inhouse, if outsourced it still should be part of the ticket price anyway.
This commercial logic is rubbish and customers will refuse to pay the surcharges.

I'm coming to the conclusion that its tickmaster staff at the Butts Ticket office, anyone knows? Otherwise it does not make sense to be charging £1 service / processing charge,

In regard to someone wanting to buy a season ticket, and being turned away, at least the staff should had said we have the 20, 10, 5 what ever packages, rather leaving the cash in his pocket - madness.
Since Steve Waggott left we just seem to gone down hill, commercially (and also on the pitch).

Well 2 weeks since I got my first season ticket.
2nd one still yet to arrive.
It's now 7 days since I had to go and collect replacement tickets, at that time I was told mine would be re printed and posted out ASAP.
Good Work ccfc
Anyone else still waiting?

Bumped into friends today been season ticket holders for 26 years when early bird was on went to shop in Ricoh found needed to go to the butts went found office closed for a few days not on the internet so to late to buy early bird .The extra for the two of them was about £100 decided not to bother as they are pensioners. That means £500 lost simply because shop not being open. When will we ever get customer service right .Definitely not under SUSI.

You won't get much sympathy on here. They are very protective of Sisu.
Don't ever become disabled with this club it's a level above your problems here.

Yes, so protective I completely agreed with you on the disabled supporter thread, saying you had been mentioning it for ages and it should be brought up and hammered until they sort it as it's not on, and that the SCG could at least try and raise it.

Jonathan Strange said he would take it in for me months ago.
Guess what ? Nothing

I'll send it to Steve and point it out and ask if he can raise it as well.

From February

Thank you very much for forwarding me your correspondence with Mark Hornby. I will be discussing the points you have raised some of which we are already talking about to the football club.

The next meeting of the SCG is in a fortnight's time and I will be entering points onto the issues log so that they do not get lost if they cannot all be addressed at the meeting.

I promise to get back to you.

With best wishes,

Jonathan Strange

I think supporters should get off the clubs back regarding STs, after all with demand so high
We have sold a massive 5000 , with these numbers it was always going to be difficult to get
Them processed in time.

So
Finally received an email off ticketmaster

Simply put
All tickets have now been despatched

Well Fuck me, it's exactly the same info I was given 3 weeks ago

Brilliant bit of customer service right there.
I have no idea if mine was reprinted and despatched or if I'm still waiting for the original post man to walk it to my house from the Ticketmaster HQ

I'm giving up

It seems that ccfc have finally contacted Ticketmaster on my behalf today.
I did cc them in my original email regarding missing tickets on Friday.

Ccfc obviously dragging their heals as much as Ticketmaster

The whole process has been disgraceful

Same as pipes.I called them yesterday and was told that mine had been printed on August 4th.My lads ticket arrived but not mine.I was then told by ticket master that they could post it today but couldn't guarantee it in time for Saturday. I am now picking it up from the ground pretty match taking their word for it that it will be there.Ive found the whole process farcical to say the least but on the flip side,I'm bringing a mate on Saturday and the eticket ordering and printing was very good.

Finally arrived late yesterday. The whole club is a joke, as long time fan I'm just totally racked off. The on going stadium saga, the poor start to the season, owners who don't give a fuck.. totally frustrated.

I've finally managed to get into 2 emai conversations
One with a ccfc representative and one with a Ticketmaster representative

Ccfc seem to be pushing Ticketmaster for them to reprint and send it to me before the weekend.
Like that's going to happen
Ccfc seem reluctant to print off a ticket for me for Saturday, for some reason or another, like I'm not being trusted that I may end up with 2 tickets.
I've told them I'm Free today to come to the office but that' doesn't seem to agree with them.

What is so hard that they can't provide me with the service i've paid for in may

Get your tin hats out lads, but:

Do you think that they knew the team was going to be poorer this season, so deliberately planned to halt season tickets sales so that fans were pushed to buy early and therefore didn't know the true extent of how things were gonna be?

Maybe I should have waited until Wednesday, but even so. Even I thought we'd be a lot stronger than this by now.
