I read their bulletin boards and the problem seems over.
I guess they will always loose the local fans as they move on.
I talk to dozens of travelling fans every match as they arrive and most think it is the best thing that could have happened.
A lot of fans traveled distance anyway (furthest canvassed Broadstairs) and again it's the best thing for their club.
They seem to make a day of it. It's like one of our away days.
Some say we never had a home they could call their own and now they have and they can buy into it.

I too have read the bulletin boards, not just Wasps and they have lost loyal longstanding fans, which I think is unfair and am sure that both you and I would be up in arms if our football club did the same.

There are those that neither have the time or perhaps the money, or other reasons why they can no longer go and cant make a day of it like the people from Broadstairs and when Wasps sold their soul to Ricahrdson, that was the day they gave up on these fans, and yet people seem to brush it off as acceptable.

We will be reaping the rewards of their efforts for the next 20 years.

Whilst Wasps have moved in, hit the ground running and their fans reap the benefits immediately by utilising a facility created for us and apparently not wanted by Sisu on behalf of us.

Some fans did travel and I guess some locals did attend but everybody knew it was never going to last so new roots would never be set.

2) Theres plenty of people listening, as many people read the thread, I regularly see others perusing it as well as non forum members viewing. What is actually correct is you are the only one answering, or perhaps it could be viewed as the only one defending Wasps.

The Northampton move will have lasting damage for years.
The only thing that could change that would be a succesful stint in the championship.
It was the most ridiculous move ever.
Completely without any regard for the fans purely an attempt to force ACL into a corner.
It failed and we are left with the damage to the fans.

Your right I seem to be the only one defending the 'situation'.
However it does give everybody a target to vent their frustrations.
A lot do think like me but I guess they don't like the banter/insults/abuse which I don't mind.

You could make the same argument about our move to Sixfields. The club did they said that they were 'forced' to move out of Coventry after all. Why didn't Wasps move back towards the South East rather than further away?
