Right - you're saying that all sides need to be hammered, but when it's highlighted that promises haven't been kept to on both sides this is suddenly a huge issue.

Yes they can do PR, but it helps if there is something positive to do PR about. All for that. Just waiting or rather hoping, that SISU offer something - commitment, conciliatory gesture, support for the culture City application - anything positive to use as pr.

Why was it only being pointed out about Wasps? That's the point you're blissfully ignoring.

You also tried to make out the suggestion that SISU would build a stadium was said years ago, but 'forgot' about the minuted meeting Fisher had with RBC last March.

I'm sure you'll tell me this isn't what my intention was, as you seem to have this fantastic ability to know what people actually mean - which I seem to recall was one of the driving factors of that situation last September before the 'glitch' developed! - but you'd be wrong.
It appears you think I'm Team Wasps - this is utter nonsense (I'll await your reply saying that it's clear this is the case, make reference to posts from last September or my Twitter account which you've taken upon yourself to go through with a fine tooth comb).
My position is to look at the situation objectively and from where I'm standing all the other parties have just got on with business whilst SISU have stood still and now their plans have fallen flat they're having to play catch up.
The negotiations around Ricoh and Higgs should have started twelve months ago (before you try making the point, no I'm not saying this definitely would have all gone swimmingly) but in that twelve months the other parties have moved forward.
There seems to be this opinion, which even Anderson has stated, that the other parties should have also stood still until SISU decided what they wanted to do.
This isn't how good business works.
SISU are masters of negative PR, look where it has got us. In a corner looking like losers. IMo we have to change takt and do something which shows we are an integral part of the Coventry sports szene. JRs and weak leadership don't get us anywhere. Put something on the table. Send CA back to writing books and bring in someone with charisma and balls who we can get behind.

It is still strange that CCFC fans lap up the PR of a London Rugby team or a stadium management company just so they can use it as a stick to beat their football club with.

The last two years, not too much. There was a sniff of a chance of promotion and success last year.
Maybe if they move us to a stadium 80 odd miles away we can call our own it can be seen as a positive by the club and a fresh start?
Still, just because we haven't been promoted (like lots of other teams) why does it mean it makes it ok for city fans to fall for the pr crap that other people put out?
The PR leading up to this last charade was blatant, it was obvious something was going to come out.
The best example was a guy on Twitter (not you), when the news of Wasps was out he was going mental, FUCK OFF WASPS, all sorts. Absolutely outraged. 2 articles in the telegraph later and he is an actual Wasps fan preaching to everybody else.

If Wasps fans are congratulating you on sticking up for them on a CCFC forum (if they are) then surely they must be seeing the same thing.
The question has to be asked why you made a post about Wasps in the CCFC forum.

Did you miss the point about Coventry City in there and it affecting us? It was CCFC related because it was promised CCFC wouldn't be affected, which quite clearly they are.
That is why it was on the CCFC Forum and that is why it was 100% relevant.

Yes, but not relevant to the thread. So you should have started a new thread with it...
Otherwise if somebody says "the wasps move was based on x y and z" and it is now showing to be untrue and not kept to and then a city fan storms in and says "yes but ccfc have not kept to the promise of a b and c" it certainly looks strange as a first thought. Why would somebody think "I know, to answer something Wasps and the council bullshitted on, I am going to have more goes at the club".

Nope, if it was for anything you write then I would have said it for things where you were talking about planning where you obviously know what you are talking about with it.
It is just the fact of the way you say things and the time you say things. IE in reply to somebody pointing something out with Wasps and then you saying something aimed at CCFC.
Maybe it is. But, I am not interested in Wasps or ACL. My complaint is that we lack leadership, vision, commitment etc.. The others appear to have some of those things, but it is not up to them to address our problems. I thought we may see a change with CA, but he has disappointed. I just cannot see him getting things done. Maybe he has analysed the situation and has an idea what we need, but he has missed the boat here. A couple of emails and a chat is not good enough. We have been outmanouevered. His analogy of people in rented accomodation being compared to the Higgs/ CSF commercial rental agreement due to expire is an awful excuse for CCFC not having covered the possibilty of Wasps nipping in ( even posters on here saw that coming ). IMO he should go and we ( CCFC ) would be better served by someone with Charisma and authority from Tim and Joy to bring everyone to the table - possibly offering dropping one of the JRs as a carrot. It is SISU's move now and well meaning "pressure" may help, but will not be enough alone to get out of this hole.

See now you aren't actually saying you have an issue with it being pointed out, but the way you are going on and the way you replied to it makes it look as if you have an issue with it. The same way on Twitter a random person makes a comment about Wasps attendances and you fly in there as well. Why would you?
No conspiracy theory there, just common sense.
I am very cynical, but being that way helped me spot the PR firing up before this latest thing happened and I must have been close to the bone because I got my own abuse package for it.

I've never said, suggested, indicated, inferred or implied there's a problem with the thread.
The issue arose because of you chucking your teddies out of the pram about me including details of SISU's broken promises - hammering all sides is the way forward I thought?
You then said I should have started a different thread and I asked why you thought the two had to be addressed separately when they're about the impact on CCFC.
