ya its a slow release protein basically stops your body starving eating into your muscle when asleep after hard workout and cardio session which helps body burn fat tiny bit while your asleep and recovering, zmas help you sleep alot better you wake up fresh as a daisy not groggy ready to go. if you took casien and zmas for 2 weeks then came off them youd def notice the difference in the mornings.
What, hungry?

Double trained tonight, 1203 calories burnt or so, deficit of 7000 since monday and at least an hour a day training. Only clean eating, high protein.

Step on the scales, not a jot of difference!

I look at Fitbit and it says:

You burn 1,698 calories more per day than you eat. To lose 1lb of fat a week, you would have to burn 500 calories more per day than you eat. Your current intake should reduce your fat weight by about 3.4 lb per week.

Your calorie composition from protein, fat, and carbs is a little out of balance. It's recommended that you get 10-35% of your calories from protein, 20-35% from fat, and 45-65% from carb. Your protein intake is high at 44% and fat intake is low at 19% and carb intake is low at 37% .

Mugging me right off isn't it :(

Can see why people just give up and eat cake!

Can see improvements fitness wise, just not weight wise!

Just stick at it mate, it'll happen.

I know what you mean though, when you see the weight dropping on the scales it gives you the extra motivation to keep it going.

are you weighing yourself in lbs? everyone drops weight quickly start mostly water then you got get to stubborn fat, you can do all that cardio ect but unless your calorie deflect carbs and natural fats are low enough for body burn fat thats main thing, ive always said anyone you wont notice body changes for 4-6 weeks but you need be consistent with diet and training. patient and consistency, diet and routine are 4 key things in losing weight i feel.

U dint wanna be doing less thab 1000!

Yoir metobalism has probly stopped. Same ha shappenws to me before. Once i ate more than normal i actually lost weight.

U need to lower caloroes slowly from a base. Just eating hardly anything will havw detrimental effect

I've cut out all bread and pasta now.

Mostly fish or chicken with wholemeal rice and veg.

Feel a lot more awake most of the time from it. Wouldn't mind porridge in the morning but don't have time, so just have a protein drink.

I have about 50g of wholegrain pasta. Best of both worlds as it gives you a nice energy boost and keeps you feeling fuller for longer then regular pasta.

I don't have bread usually but did have some toast this morning.
