I'm interested in how leaving the EU will improve wage suppression? That is the issue you need to resolve to solve the second issue you mention as we have record numbers of people in work still requiring benefits to survive.I was more concerned about suppression of wages for the 20% of the workforce with the lowest qualifications, combined with which I want the benefits culture to be driven back. I say if you are capable of work then you should work & contribute to society or pay your own way and not get state handouts for year after year.
This government has overseen the biggest transfer of wealth to those at the top in history. Not sure leaving the EU is going to make them do a 180 on that, although May does seem to be doing a lot of 180s so you never know.
