Take that back! Cider not from the south west is piss.Nothing wrong with Aldi, you can get their Taurus Cider that isn't too bad for a cheap swig. Not so much the fruity one but the standard cider is OK.

Now here's a question.Well.... I bought 3 random bottles the other day.
Rattler - Tastes nice but gives me a headache before I have finished drinking it
Jack Daniels Cider - No idea what I was thinking, was rank
Another one that looked like a wine bottle, was quite nice.
The cheap taurus stuff from Aldi isnt too bad, the same as the Amaretto isnt too shabby .
We would be 3-0 up by now
Shandy bassNow here's a question.
Beer always gives me a headache. Are there any out there that don't?
I take it from your post that some are worse than others.

Just one beer would give me a headache.Depends how much you drink and if you drink water before bed.
I haven't had a hangover for years, mainly because I don't get smashed.
That Rattler cider gave me one though, not sure why.
Rattler is Cornish. Bit too far south west and quite sweet but does the job. I used to have a friend working at Burrow Hill so got scrumpy £20 for 20 litres.Well.... I bought 3 random bottles the other day.

It's very similar to Blackthorn which I think Is decent .Well.... I bought 3 random bottles the other day.

Was merely picking up on your point re the getting a headache almost before finishing the beer.Depends how much you drink and if you drink water before bed.

The headache probably comes from your missus nagging you about drinking too much (when you only open 1 bottle). Was merely picking up on your point re the getting a headache almost before finishing the beer.
Just one drink would always give me a headache. Same with wine.
I think I am allergic.

So's my wife (but born in Turkmenistan). She wouldn't bottle me, but I notice that she always has a knife within reach. She's russian, she is probably bottling him
I find that with red wine Otis, every time have 3 bottles of the stuff I get a raging thumping headache. Is there any red wine out there that doesnt have this effectNow here's a question.

Have you tried buying bigger bottles? No need to open three of them.I find that with red wine Otis, every time have 3 bottles of the stuff I get a raging thumping headache. Is there any red wine out there that doesnt have this effect
She drinks quite a bit.
She hates it when I call her a pathetic raging alcoholic.

What's that vodka called, Nick? Is it 40%?Bottle of Vodka for breakfast. Just don't let anybody hear that it's from Aldi as it will go mental on here.
Aldi's beneath me.Bottle of Vodka for breakfast. Just don't let anybody hear that it's from Aldi as it will go mental on here.
I always used to sip brandy.Don't see the appeal of red wine. It's like when you see people sipping on shorts.
If somebody has a sambuca, it's not there to be enjoyed. It's there to down as quick as possible to get drunk.
Red wine is only there to be drunk when free at weddings.
Yeah and books on undetectable poisons on the kithen bookshelf. So's my wife (but born in Turkmenistan). She wouldn't bottle me, but I notice that she always has a knife within reach.
Out of interest, how many times would you all say you go for a wee a day?Different alcohol definitely has different effects. And can attest to the wonder that is two pints of water before bed after a night out. (Though in your case Otis that’d probably mean several midnight dog walks)

With my missus it is seemingly only twice a day.
I would say about 10-12.
I am a night wee-er though. Can often go twice in the night.
Sometimes I even manage to make it to the toilet.
