Hahaha the pupils try harder? I presume that this is a wind up?
Obviously it has nothing to do with the demographics of the children and the fact that there is a selection procedure - hahahaha.
I got 4 As at A-Level and ended up going to a decent university where the majority were from comprehensives. In the job I just left 5 of them went to private school and went to the likes of Luton and Bedford universities.
So my daughter went to a failing school. A few friends and herself put a lot of effort in. The worse any of them did was two A**. Are you saying effort doesn't count?
So those whose parents pay to put them through education don't try their best to see their children work hard? They don't try to make sure they put the effort in?
OK you know more than anyone else on the subject. You know that private schools don't do better than state schools. You always know better.
Yes some state schools are doing better. But if there are private schools that are poor they wouldn't get the students. They also have multiples to spend per child.
You certainly seem to have something against those who can afford what you can't.
