Tony - you thought the Times was a leave publication as you made a lazy assumption that as part of the Murdoch press it was so. It isn’t. So Rupert Murdoch was aligned to a pro Europe publication.
Michael Crick was a former political editor of the BBC and we can all conclude why he hasn’t the same title at channel 4

Shattering levels of ignorance. And shameful negligence and carelessness about things that are so important to the livelihoods of so many.
It's alarming to me what deep, deep ignorance about the whole business of trading goods (especially goods) there is within UK government. And especially among the Brexit-baying right that seems to hold such a disproportionate stranglehold on power. I think it's because most of its most powerful people work in the "investments" sector, with little real, practical knowledge of what's actually involved in running a business.

We import components from all around the world package them together with some locally sourced products and re-export a percentage of that out. We can’t find anyone from clearing agents to the Chamber of Commerce to shipping lines that can advise us what to do to prepare for what may or may not happen. No one knows and I do mean no one. We’re having one of our worst December and January’s ever not just in orders placed but also enquires received and as yet there’s no sign of recovery and when we talk to our client base both home and abroad they’re all waiting to see what happens. It’s hard work at the moment and for the first time in a long time we’re having to be proactive in trying to look for new opportunities, something we didn’t even have to do during the banking crisis crash.
Personally I’m not surprised that the BOE has downgraded it’s growth forecast for the year, this didn’t come as a surprise considering the challenges we’re currently facing at work. If the challenges facing the company I work for is anything to go by I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets downgraded again.

None of which you’ve disproved. The first point you’ve completely given a wide birth to which probably tells a story on its own. I’ve given you building blocks as you put it.
You’re trying to make out Jon Snow has done something he denied doing because some random anonymous twitter users claimed he did while they were at music festival taking part in all the things young people do at music festivals. You’ve constantly dismissed personal anecdotes on here as evidence and you’ve constantly dismissed the opinions of young people on here yet now you’re trying to take both them things and portray them as gospel. Interestingly I’ve just started looking though his Twitter account and his association with The Spectator is the first thing on his profile and the majority of his activity seems to be retweeting The Spectator tweets. Struggling to see how he’s not aligned himself with this Eurosceptic publication given he’s clearly proud of his association with it and spends the vast majority of his time promoting their agenda. If I come across the alleged tweet where he outs himself I’ll be sure to share it. In the meantime did you read about his deleted tweet where he describes a remain journalist as a crazy cat lady when she helped break the Cambridge Analytica story. Truly the actions of a committed remainer.

The BBC is funded by the licence fee. They are not allowed to advertise anything. And they are not allowed to take a penny from the government in case it helps bring bias about. The BBC is supposed to be totally unbiased. So if the BBC can't take money from the British government how can it take money from what rules the British government?
