He is so extreme, blinkered & obsessed he cannot see that by segementing in such a way he actually creates greater division.
He identifies strongly with an ethos from a byegone age of German superiority. Utterly bizzare really

He doesn’t create division. He goes through the subject and asks people to back up their claims. And where they get their information from. Very seldom does he get a leaver who can back the claims up.

To talk about him identifying with a bygone age of German superiority is absolutely stupid of you. A truly bizarre Bazza comment.

Pretty sure they've said we can have a couple of years, haven't they?

Just doesn't suit the government's current narrative to draw attention to this.

Yes, we have to have a good reason. People’s vote on any deal would be a good reason, but the government seems determined not to let the people have any say on how we leave, or whether it is actually a good idea to leave under the present circumstances.

Martcov/ derby/ Nottingham/ Leicester never actually responds to or addresses the very serious issues facing the UK in the future if nothing changes......all he sees sadly is a right v left scenario and politics and people that control those arguments. Obsessed with your brother and a handful of closet Nazis ......

The „handful of closet Nazis“ will be in London today. Should be fun.

Going? Brexit Betrayal.

I am not interested in my brother. He is in Ukraine at the moment.

Its Brexit day... wait the politicians have taken control, so it isn't.

Long fudge delay then is it?

A couple of years if we are in full agreement on how to go forward. Personally I think we would need longer looking at how it has gone so far.

I thought you would be happy with the way parliament has refused to leave so far. The whole fudge has been on the side who voted remain so far.

Hope he's in a better part than I was in December. Had a very unpleasant encounter with some Russian militia on some farming land we were having to sell as it spanned the "new border".

size of today's defeat will set the agenda. If it's still not even close then you have to assume it's never going to happen.
Longer it draws out less likely we will Leave unless there is a late Tory u-turn towards the Corbyn deal.

We do recognise we live in a representative democracy. We vote for the people that make the decisions.

Just checking we’re aware of this

Bunch of non principled clowns. Raab Johnson even Rhees mogg rumoured to be voting for the deal that is worse than no deal as far as their concerned

It hasn't been likely to happen for ages. The vast majority of MP's want to remain. And who is it that holds the power?

What we have got is lip service.

We have May pushing something that keeps us tied to the EU. But it is still called leaving. If she finally gets it through...which I very much doubt....we will end up with a very long extension. Nothing will change. And don't even know if we would end up leaving.

The vote against leaving without a deal is to make sure we stay in. The only deal we will be offered will keep everything as it is now.

I am happy that we are staying in. But extremely pissed of with how they have played the system. It is wrong. The small amount of faith I had left in them has gone. So I can imagine how those who want to leave will feel when they realise they have been had. I would prefer another referendum (And I am totally against one because of the damage it would cause) than the UK being bullshitted by parliament.

Yet we were given a choice. The reply wasn't what they expected. So they go against it. But this point either doesn't register with many as it wasn't what they wanted or they are not sharp enough to realise.

Put it the other way. They gave us the choice. We voted remain. But it wasn't the answer they wanted so we still left. Would you be happy?

What they are doing and have done is opened a massive can of worms. I am getting what I want but it doesn't sit well with me. The sooner I get out of the UK the better. And hopefully before the shit hits the fan.

Worse than they're after more like. They want out. They don't want to be tied to the EU. But they now know the best they can hope for is the May deal that keeps us tied to the EU. So of course they want it. But it will fail again.

What happens next is pretty interesting as some Government sources reckon a General Election will be called if the deal was rejected today.

So May loses again 344 against and 286 for the May/EU agreement. So she might as well finally give up.

So she has until 12th April to come up with an alternative plan. And it will have to be a totally different idea.

Anyone betting against us remaining in the EU now?

They can stick it where the monkeys put their nuts, I won't bother with so called UK democracy again. It doesn't exist !

Agreed. He’s an intelligent guy but is at the extreme end (like the hard brexiteers) who don’t listen to anyone’s point of view and just come over as smug and opinionated.

People like O’Brien and Farage don’t solve this problem

Difference is he’s right.

I do. This whole Brexit thing distracts from the actual main problem. The distribution of wealth and power. Coupled with a massive gap in education and qualifications.

Huge problems which have absolutely nothing to do with the EU.

Everything is blamed on the EU by populists like Farage.

Brexit will do nothing to solve these problems. It will aggravate them as if, as most experts and businessmen predict, GDP will grow slower than in the EU, there will be less government cash available, bar unlikely taxation changes for the wealthy and stronger controls of tax havens.

Brexit has set us back years already.
Utter bullshit as usual. You'd love it all to come true just to say you're right but it's just wishful thinking.

Such an immature commebt. What’s your solution given we live in such an interdependent model with our closest partners. The leave dream isn’t possible without significant harm. Notice how none of the brexiteers have come up with any solutions to the big questions. We have representative democracy, for many people this doesn’t work and they don’t throw their dolls out of the pram when their benefits are cut or their jobs are lost or this policy or that isn’t possible

You get to vote for those that will make decisions on our behalf. It’s not perfect we had a chance for proportional representation but we rejected it. More fools us

Why do you think anyone actually wants the country to suffer whatever happens? The whole deadlock in Parliament is a result of politicians torn between a 52-48 vote 3 years ago and every analysis going showing that we will be worse off than staying.

Call another referendum. If it is still the will of the people to leave like this it will happen

If I find myself on the other side to tommy Robinson I figure I must be on the correct side

The same TR who complained his human rights were breached by not having a TV in prison and who claims you can’t say anything bad about Muslims yet curiously has never been arrested for hate speech

Just listened to him screaming about poor victim Trump. Making his paymasters happy. And pointing out poor victim white people being falsely accused of racism in the media. Screaming like the Nazi that he is. Making angry people angrier. Bannon will have a hard on.

Politicians torn? All they want to do is go against what the people voted for but they don't want it to look as though they have gone against what the people voted for.

If we had another vote and remain won but it was close this time would you be happy for vote 3? If leave won again would you just let it happen or be like you are now?

And I say yet again this is my problem with another referendum. What would it actually solve? We are going to be tied to the EU at least. Parliament is making sure of this.

They are running scared. Threatening violence. Screaming in the streets. Later on they’ll get drunk and some will kick off, fueled by the hate of an organisation they don’t know much about, and what they do know is negative propaganda.

Brexit is a disaster for this country whether it happens or not.

Banksy, Wigsy and Farage are ok though. And Tommy now that he can mix anti Islam with anti EU and fuel even more fires. Bannon praised him as a street fighter. He literally fights in the street. The same sort of people recruited to the SA. Sturmabteilung. Control the streets and Beat up anyone who gets in the way.

I just a vote to hear what people want. They don’t want what we have, chaos.
There will be chaos whatever.

I think it would be closer if we had another referendum. Would you like to hear another leave result? Because it would be much harder to make any sort of deal that tied us to the EU if we had another leave result.
