We seem to struggle in midweek games. Can we call them off and only play at weekends ? :p

Rather uninspiring game. Not been at our best but still well in it and if we can get it together game is there for the taking.

Another inconsistent ref.

Pretty mediocre half not helped by another appalling ref.

We’re struggling to cope with their press in midfield and aren’t getting the ball to Biamou or Walker at all. Feels like they’re the more likely side to win on the basis of that first half.

Dull.

Pretty rubbish. Front 2 might as well stay at home if they don’t get any service. Not Dabo and Sam haven’t been able to drive forward.

We may need Sheaf here as they are strong in the middle. Giles to come on and attack and get Dabo in it more please.

having 2 midfielders on yellows is a worry, I'd consider hooking Hamer, he's not having his best game anyway so it might be worth it to avoid another suspension.

Poor game so far, both had spells of being on top but quality on the ball for both sides really lacking so far.

Dreadful game. Our passing has been awful. Noone able to get hold of the ball. Ostigard doing well but generally the team need to do much better second half.

They the better side. Playing long ball well. Must try and impose ourselves and get round the back.

They ain’t a footballing side are they?

We’ve been poor. McCallum awful on the ball, but they’d be getting a lot more ply down that side with Giles there. Don’t feel the midfield is getting hold of the game.

O’Hare has looked dangerous but Luton have just gone to their nature of little fouls, rotating them and breaking up play.

As we are not winning, and I can't be arsed to trawl through the posts, has anyone yet asked for a taxi for Mr Robins, if not I'll save them the time,

Taxi for MR

The main difference from the weekend is that Biamou isn't winning as much against their defenders to get us up the pitch, then OHare and Walker arent winning many second balls.

They had the better of that and could/should’ve scored in that 5-10 min spell before half time. Pretty poor passing for us, not retaining possession as well as usual. Expect changes second half. Giles on, maybe Sheaf.
