Yeah, they’ve basically changed the E in ERG for C. Same morons pretty much. Imagine taking something Desmond Swayne has to say seriously.

another one who gets a pass for appearing on a known anti semites show because he's a tory. The double standards is breath taking.

Morons in Labour also on board with bringing everyone to school before the top 4 have even been second jabbed. Bullshit claims repeated about children ‘left behind’ by people who can’t learn from the time where we just had thousands dying a day. Wellington has just locked down because they had 3 cases FFS
People from public schools going on about children being left behind, the irony of it

I’m wondering if this is the usual idea of the government where they ‘leak’ a story, see what the reaction is before rowing back a bit on it.

Would be lunacy to undo all this good work done so far for the sake of a few weeks more. What they're suggesting is the same as we did last time and look where that got us. Do these people have literally no memory or ability to apply previous information to current situations.

But the spineless idiots in charge will give in.

I saw this on the Sun app and thought you'd be interested

So why is China the only nation doing well after Covid? Who knows

Fuck me! You're linking Tony Parsons writing in the sun and quoting the Henry Jackson society to accuse others of lying!

Haha!!

Ireland grew their economy. Why are we so much worse than them?

they are genuinely worried about the effects it's having on the nations mental health, just because they never once mentioned concerns about the nations mental health during austerity doesn't mean they're not sincere honestly.
I know this is bad of me but david Davis getting it and being seriously ill might change his areshole mind

Mums 69 and had hers last Tuesday so they were obviously already doing 65-69 last week.

Aren’t they also doing 16-65 with underlying health issues at the same time though? That’s a massive group of about 7m people.

listening to the radio today it sounds like they have brought that group forward as it said they are starting them as well so it looks like they are definitely ahead of the game which is great news.

Its a huge group. My surgery seems to be doing the 65-69 first but not sure if that's something they've decided or something mandated by NHS England. They did have to stop vaccinating for a while before starting the 65-69s at the weekend which they have said was down to NHS England.

A colleague who is 60 had theirs last week, offered when the GP had extra doses near the end of the day. Nice to hear they’re ensuring that it isn’t wasted

I’ve heard a few places say that when they’ve finished a group they have to get the OK that they can move on. NHS England checking they haven’t missed anyone or something.

Seems needless to me, just prioritise those you missed if you need to, but surely don’t stop and wait for anything? 🤷

Bedworth Civic Hall announced yesterday that they had a bit of surplus and were encouraging anyone around the age of 60 to contact them. My mum and my other half’s parents have now all had their first vaccine and are booked in for early May for their 2nd.

I deal with NHS England regularly, an ivory tower organisation that thinks it knows better than experienced people on the ground, funny how Matt Hancock is making noise about wanting more political control. My experience of them is that they're already micro managed by the SoS as it is.

A group of 7 million people, brings it home just how many people ‘of no real age’ are at serious risk from this virus, when people keep repeating the mantra that it only effects the elderly and vulnerable I don’t think they realise just how wide ranging that group actually is.
