I think Boris is finished. Starmer would have done an Ian botham and saved the planet by walking to
Cornwall - guys this is the woke thing that’s bringing the Tories down. He took a plane to Cornwall - he’s finished. I accept its Labour all the way now. 😂😂

What by saying Boris didn't need to fly to Cornwall?

Hes going to talk about climate change, one of the aims of the government is to cub carbon emissions by 68% in 9 years time which will require nearly half of all UK cars to be zero emission cars. What a great example it could have been, instead of taking a private Jet of which the UK is one of the highest co2 emitting in Europe.

I have never known a love affair so strong as Grendel and Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson. He can do no wrong in his eyes.

i think he probably can, he will just never acknowledge it “in public”.

what is weird to me is how from what I’ve seen he has no issue slating robins, who in my opinion by any measure is doing an exceptional job, and also appears to have no problem slagging off various members of our own playing squad. But at the same time, his politicians can do no wrong whatever they get up to. If one of the politicians he likes appeared on the steps of Downing St dressed as Satan announcing a new policy of culling every first born child, he’d find a way to justify it, probably by saying that that it is in fact better than what they’re doing in France/ Germany/ Italy etc

but life goes on 👍

I assume you will never fly again then in your life on holiday and I assume have an electric car? I assume we should have zoom suits now and no one flies again?

Given I don't drive I would get the train. If I was going to a conference that would feature discussions on being more green, even more so

Not though if you are in France. So if it’s in say Calais he should fly?

ha- no no chips here. Don’t know enough about politics to get seriously involved in all this, so I’m not someone you’ll be able to lure into your WUM schtick.

You don’t need to have Philosoraptor’s education in politics to see you’re massively blinkered though 👍

In terms of distance

And by the way I really don't care as you can travel to any country in Europe without a plane .

London to Cornwall is the same distance as london to amsterdam

261 miles

It's only 20 odd miles less than Newcastle to London and people fly up to Newcastle all the time for shit like football .

Nobody cares honestly

well I acknowledge he says he has an education in politics, in the same way Boris Johnson says “We have cut CO2 emissions in this country since 2010 on 1990 levels by 42 per cent” 😉

i was going to go on that, used it in 2001. Then I saw how much it costs now, my god. They’re not doing a great job trying to get people to use it instead of flying at those prices

Thankfully Johnson isn’t crossing the channel he’s going to Cornwall

Think one is subject to a tax that the other isn't.

More bothered by the cringe inducing pound shop Yank-ness of it all. We are at our absolute worst when we’re trying to be Seppos. And the so called “patriots” seem to be the worst for it.
