We all know the rankings are a joke anyway. But even “on paper” Belgium aren’t that great. KDB is the only potentially world class player and he doesn’t get you goals.

They do have plenty of top class players still, won't say world class as I see Evo lurking in the thread. But I do think perhaps their chance passed last time around. Hazard at his best was up there with the best in the world. Clearly not the case anymore.

Lukaku is world class. Despite drawing Belgium in the sweepstake, they really aren’t on the same level as they were in 2018.

Admittedly, I thought the Eriksen incident would deflate the Denmark team as it did against Finland. Credit to them, they’ve been up for it and playing really well!

See I think there are quite a few ahead of Lukaku in European football. Quality player yes, but not amongst the very best for me.

Hazard is definitely world class. Maybe not on good form at the moment but definitely world class.
