We all know the rankings are a joke anyway. But even “on paper” Belgium aren’t that great. KDB is the only potentially world class player and he doesn’t get you goals.

Il admit they've looked much better second half , but I don't think they are the world's best

Belgium defence looks a bit soft.
The back ups Boyata and Denayer are a real down grade on the first choice pairing

Denmark have been really good in this game. Over the 90 the better side. Undone by a couple of superbly crafted goals from Belgium. Considering the danish emotions in second half v Finland and today they have done their country proud even if they go out.

That's a harsh result on Denmark, they were the better side for most of that. Unfortunately when your opponent has a player like De Bruyne in the bench, you need more than one goal. A shame they couldn't take another of their chances.

Or Courtois.

Are they going to give a foul throw anytime soon? The Dutch right back just threw it straight down and bounced it off the floor.

I take it Jonathan Pearce and Jermaine Jenas won't be commentating on any more games at Wembley for a couple of weeks as they have to self isolate for 10 days after returning from Amsterdam?

Seriously, how does it work for coming to the UK from amber countries, do the footballers and anyone working as part of Euro 2020 get a free pass or something?

I think the commentary comes from a studio in London. Ally Mcoist has commentated on loads of games, but is then in the studio for talksport breakfast.
