Thought Gyo led the line brilliantly today. Really good at protecting the ball, knowing he is going to take a whack.

He did and does week in week out now. And when you factor in his control and finishing ability at his age he’s got Premier League written all over him imo. Can’t be many at this level that does what he does as a lone front man.

I’m sure he prioritised the points on the day over possible fatigue on Tuesday. I imagine there will be a few changes to the starting line up injuries permitting Tuesday and over the next few weeks.
Its not a one off occurance, hes always been the same with his subs. So its not just about today but the build up of fatigue over time due to his lack of trust in his subs.

Reading did not deserve to lose that, I'm sure if they played like that for the rest of the season they will be fine

We were poor for most of the game. Take the three points and move on

He was poor first half, nothing stuck and he missed that good early chance
Much improved 2nd half, different player, but missed another good chance towards the end

I have seen him play for U23s though

There was no way Tavares was coming on today bearing in mind how the match panned out - the constant clamour for him to play at this point of the season is baffling - we're still in touch of the play-offs possibly..it'd be stupid to risk a rookie like Tavares when there's still loads to play for (bring him on when we're 4-0 up against Cardiff though ;) )

Against a team thats shipped 23 goals in their last 7 games. The 1st was fairly lucky and the 3rd took a big deflection. Because we scored 3 goals doesn't mean we cant't criticise decision making in the final 3rd.

Its the same argument as we beat Fulham 4-1 and we are only X points off the playoffs when they point out that our form has dropped off massively and we aren't playing particularly well.
Did you see the goals that Reading conceded in the 23, how many were lucky? how many were deflected? were they all worldieS? We got three points when we weren’t at our best. Actually you can criticise all you like but how about enjoying what we are doing?

Aren't playing particularly well?

People really need to make up there mind, it's either we're playing really well and are by far the better team and with a bit more quality we'd be comfortably top 6 as we miss hatful of chances and it's a massive opportunity missed this season according to some.

Or we're shit and lucky.

10 points from the last 6, that's pretty good form I would say

Substitutions are always a tricky one. We (fans) are always on the outside looking in, whereas the manager, AV etc are on the inside and know things we don't. And fans can never be wrong, as we never know the outcome of changes that weren't made.

We won a tight game by one goal after playing badly throughout, and people are upset we didn’t bring on Tavares for his Championship debut? Think some people need to take a break from the fan club.

That Reading pitch invasion was one of the most tragic things I’ve ever seen. They’re totally fucked.

Hahahahahaha, also fuck the reading cuntt who threw a coin at a little lad after our 2nd.

Their support was good in terms of noise but embarrasing in terms of giving it the big un and generally being mutants.
Though kudos was keeping the fake Burberry industry afloat
