Would really love to see Maddison, Foden and Grealish on the pitch at once but maybe too similar. His team were absolutely abysmal. Australia were literally clearing the ball to Kasper Schmeichel and holding on for dear life with twenty minutes to go, and Denmark failed to punish them.

Needs the rest of the team set up to accommodate him. If he’s dropping deep and we have no one running into the space behind then he’s a bit of a waste of time. Part of the reason I think Grealish/Foden haven’t traditionally looked top class at international level. That said, Foden much better last night.
