Spain looked very impressive v Costa Rica and attracted a lot hype. Their forward 3 always lacked that clinical edge so I’m not surprised they had goal scoring struggles. However, I did not expect upsets v Japan and Morocco.

I’d have backed us to beat Spain, personally.
