I just feel like we are playing scared and nervous. We are so much better than this. They're just a lot calmer than us and now being 1-0, can afford to be.

France aren't that much better than us here. Need something to settle our nerves and the ref to see a few decisions in their half rather than taking the easy ones in ours. We need to be a bit more fluid on the ball and maybe hit a few tackles the way they have. Overall a goal that came from not a lot other than a moment of excellence and not many other chances.

Trying to work out what’s missing. Kane trying to drag us up pitch. Saka more involved than Foden but not strong enough. Rice keeps running us into trouble, Bellingham only decent midfielder. I would consider Grealish early on.

I am curious @CJ_covblaze Can you enlighten us? How do the Argentina fans get hold of so many tickets for the games? Have they mostly been there for the whole tournament, and you just know, whoever they play in the final (should they beat Croatia), it will be about 80% Argentina, 10% the opposition (if that) plus the select few snaffling the rest. How are they getting all those tickets? I'm baffled (fantastic support, even if their footballers have 'attitude'.

They either buy for each game they could play in and then sell the ones on they don’t need or buy as they go. Same goes for Brazil and Morocco.

I think we have done okay. France do look dangerous, but I think we have been more than just in the game. Should have had a penalty too.
