Isn't the problem that 50 years of case law is being wiped out overnight and this is what the legal system relies on to functionGrow up you utter child. The Equality Act 2010 provides legal recourse in the UK for an equal pay claim. I'm not going to bother arguing with you anymore as you clearly do not understand the relationship between UK law and EU law.
And that in addition to that anything in existing UK legislation, such as the Equality Act, will have had case law applied in a manner that means it is compliant with the relevant EU law, with the relevant EU law no longer being applied that case law may no longer apply
