Very interesting that Hamer and Godden are there.... surely they must have had to get permission from the gaffer!??Hamer, O'Hare and Godden here in Birmingham for Tom Grennan gig. How many beers will Hamer put back?
Gotta be a win surelyNobody has said yet that they’d be happy with a point tomorrow

You can have some of my positive energy. I have lots.I think we’ll get a point but I won’t be happy about it.

Doesnt sit right at all with me that
It certainly won't look good if we fail to pick up 3 points.Doesnt sit right at all with me that
Bit different these days. I've played at levels (well) below the Championship where there has been a curfew and the management staff like you to be relaxing and not doing activities the night before a game.As long as he's not drinking, not too much of an issue.

Who did you play for in League 1?Bit different these days. I've played at levels (well) below the Championship where there has been a curfew and the management staff like you to be relaxing and not doing activities the night before a game.
Hopefully:
i) the manager gave permission
ii) they were in a box type thing sat on comfy seats
iii) they were home at a very reasonable time....
If Hamer pulls up with a hamstring injury today, there'll be hell to pay!!
Who did you play for in League 1?
I did have a mate who tore his ACL at a Deftones gig, but I doubt there’s much risk of injury from a Tom Grennan show.Doesnt sit right at all with me that
We pay towards their wages, and if they cannot prepare properly the night before a game where a win could get us onto the fringes of the play offs with 10 to go i find that a joke
Interesred to see if both put in a stinker
i still somehow blame the perm haired twat for O'Hare's hamstring injury pre-season. Not sure why, but just a feeling I get in my bollocks.I do find it a joke that anyone would willingly go to a Tom Grennan gig, but I suppose it’s more acceptable if you’re a footballer and can get in for free.
Is your mate called Sean by any chance?I did have a mate who tore his ACL at a Deftones gig, but I doubt there’s much risk of injury from a Tom Grennan show.
No, it’s Jodi.Is your mate called Sean by any chance?

Let’s seeI get that, but sort of disagree. It’s not just the beer, I imagine it’s not the usual chilled and easy going pre game night. Plus they’ll likely be back late - especially if they do the niceties after etc - so won’t get an ideal sleep.
Sounds silly, but small things really matter these days.
Wouldn’t care as much if wasn’t Hamer, but with our current injury crisis, he’s the only creative player we have!
I seem to have a recollection of something very similar last year where he was out the night before a game and he then went on to have a great game.I get that, but sort of disagree. I thought most footballers these days spent the night before games playing FIFA into the small hours?I get that, but sort of disagree. If they’re not out all night getting wrecked on Jagerbombs and crowd surfing then I’m just happy for Gus and COH to be feeling relaxed and happy to be living in the Cov area.
Let’s see
He’s earned the right to be trusted this season
His performances have been outstanding
His control has been exceptional since the two red cards
His support and mentoring of Eccles has been outstanding
His fitness is remarkable. His and yok playing so much week in week out as the players moving the team on that’s amazing
So let’s be slow to jump on his back for what we see as unprofessional he’s proven to be a consummate professional

Weather being a bit better than expected might help the walk up. At one point this week the forecast for this afternoon was snow and sub zero temperatures.Crowd looking decent, especially if block 27 also pretty full today with the community tickets. Decent walk up and should be biggest home turn out of the season.
