He's very different to Bidwell. I don't mind Bidwell at all. He's solid and disciplined. Dasilva travels with the ball really well and links with the midfield.
Unfortunately Cresswell's stock has risen since we were linked in Jan. Played nearly every game for Millwall and playing for England U21's.

1 assist and no goals so far this season in 33 games in all competitions compared with Bidwells 5 assists and 1 goal in 40 games in all competitions.
Travelling the ball is nice to have but our fans get too hung up on it when it comes to Bidwell. Not saying you are.

He will want decent money if he is to leave Bristol City he won’t be coming here to be a sub and Bidwell is better than a squad man.
To be honest I nearly said Dasilva is similar in style to Maatsen in many ways. I was always very critical of Maatsen for the reasons you set out!
