Probably an increase in the wage budget but I don’t expect things will be all that different.

The new work permit regulations make it easier to sign players who have played in continental competitions. So instead of scouting the Dutch 2nd division, you want to be looking for players who have played in the AFC Champions League, Concacaf Champions League, Copa Libertadores etc. Brighton did this to get Mitoma for £2m.
