Got to admit I don’t watch enough of other teams to have a fully formed opinion but very underwhelmed by Dasilva, isn’t he basically Bidwell but a bit younger?

He's very different to Bidwell. I don't mind Bidwell at all. He's solid and disciplined. Dasilva travels with the ball really well and links with the midfield.

Travelling the ball is nice to have but our fans get too hung up on it when it comes to Bidwell. Not saying you are.

To be honest I nearly said Dasilva is similar in style to Maatsen in many ways. I was always very critical of Maatsen for the reasons you set out!
