According to some of there fans they dint get out of 3rd gear on Sunday and will be a cake walk....
Away or home?
Yes I'm sure their players were basically treating a play off semi as nothing more than a pre season friendly. Weird that they've never got out of 3rd gear all 3 times we've met this season though.According to some of there fans they dint get out of 3rd gear on Sunday and will be a cake walk....
Middlesbrough getting cocky saying Vik is a ‘fraud’ cause he hasn’t scored in the last two games, local nightclubs already promoting their ‘We’re going to Wembley’ parties
They think they are going to steamroll us - Be hilarious if we turn up and win
Away

why, do you expect us to wear the away or 3rd strip at WembleyCan see Gyokeres putting in a performance on Wednesday. Might be the last time we see him a Sky Blue shirt
I think we still need to make that change, Sheaf offers a lot more than Eccles.
I fear these knocks and injuries in midfield are finally going to catch up with us.
Hamer and Eccles carrying knocks.
Sheaf and Allen seemingly not fully fit.
Plus of course O'Hare and Palmer out
Leaves us with... Liam Kelly as the only fully fit midfielder!
But didn't come on yesterday. That tells you everything you need to know about his fitness levels post injury unfortunately
We lost to Worcester? We've probably lost piles more too but I cba to think about it.From Jim Brown on Twitter:
"The last time Coventry City lost a home FA Cup tie was in 1967 to Newcastle. They recovered to gain promotion to the First Division three months later. An omen?"
I'm all for positive omens at this point!
True. But then why have Sheaf on the bench at all if he can't offer anything through injury?
Am I missing something? We've lost shed loads of home FAC matches since 1967.From Jim Brown on Twitter:

Because we've got no one else!
I really hope he can give us at least 45 minutes on Wednesday but I'm not hopeful.

Haha how very specificAmended the original quote, quickly wrote it down and missed some
That would make things interesting.Agree. If it hadn't been for all those injuries things would have been a lot different, automatics maybe.
I did wonder if it was the plan all along to give sheaf a few more days to focus on get right for the second leg thoughBut didn't come on yesterday. That tells you everything you need to know about his fitness levels post injury unfortunately

Maybe. Mcfadz 2 games in 4 days in these conditions will be tough.i would hold panzo back for the last 20 , same with Wilson Esbrand,
Also would be good for extra time the additional energy if needed
Just wondering I had a shite view side on. But it seemed like that bullet shot from Hamer was on target? That hit the defender. It seemed at time he struck it very well would have tested the keeper for sure it seems. Clutching at straws. LolWe had 11
We lost 4-3 to Wrexham, lost 4-3 to Newcastle both in third round. Not happened since until this season and hopefully both times promoted from second tier.Am I missing something? We've lost shed loads of home FAC matches since 1967.

Did seem at times they nullified us so well we didnt have many chances to shoot from distance.
Let’s remember they only had 2 shots on target. At least we had almost twice as many total shots.
As others have said, complete bollocks that they're content with that game and performance, and 'didn't get out of third gear'. They shaded it, I thought, but did nothing in the second half and let us dominate, though we didn't create much.
Anything can happen on Wednesday night. Even if we'd won 1-0 on Sunday, I'd be worried we'd sit back and Boro would play with the hand-brake off.
Need Vik to get the better McNair.
