Dominated them for large periods, just lacked a clear cut chance for a goal. Signs are looking good for this side, still need a Hamer replacement and a couple more, and I think we'll be safely in the play offs.

There were some decent crosses that we didn’t attack but I think Wright may just be getting use to the speed of the game. Tats should start from now on he will feed the new boys when they hopefully click

It's beginning to confirm that some of our buys have been a bit rushed. Dasilva has a mistake in him every game. I'll give Simms more time given his lack of starts in the 2nd half of last season. Saka easily knocked off the ball but more importantly Eccles Cake cannot cover for Gus. I'm surprised that we haven't brought anyone in this week if we had someone lined up
I'd agree that I am not sure about Dasilva, but his signing has been planned since January hasn't it?

We are three games in for fuck sake. It takes players time to adjust. Some of you haven’t got a fucking clue

That was like an end of season game with nothing on line… zero creativity or much will to win from either side

Will take the point today, anything more would have papered over cracks in the squad, one injury and we're down to playing Kelly.

Think we also showed enough to say we can be a force in this league if Robins gets the 4 players he wants.

Think today also puts an end to the people saying Eccles can step up into the central midfield role on a full time basis.

“I’ll give Simms more time”

I’m sure he’ll be relieved as anything that you’ve decided to give him a chance

Sorry I recognise and am gobsmacked no one came in last week I see no evidence that we are not attempting to get deals over the line
Wasn’t trying to suggest we aren’t, clearly are, but we seem to get very focused on one target at a time as opposed to 3 or 4 per position.
Clearly thought we’d have Kitching in by now
Barnsley having priced us out, let’s see what happens next.

I am personally aware of a couple who did. It’s tragic. What a waste of money.

That's mental. Don't understand that at all. If you've paid £33 a ticket, you may as well go.

Really hope the right back is ok he looked good today

I’m more frustrated at the injuries and state of play if squad and maybe I’m putting my frustration on the performance

we were ok and a draw away is fine

He played there loads last season when we were unbeaten! Madness.

I guess we missed Palmer's creativity today.
Maybe just playing him half and half with sakamoto is the best we can get out of him when he comes back in.

They've been in the door 5 minutes for fucks sake.
They are not youth players or lower league 500k gambles. They are marquee signings at big money.

They have potential but my point stands:

They are not the finished article.

Wright needs a few months to get to grips with off the ball movement/ tracking back and positioning.

Sims needs address whatever issue it is that makes him look like he’s playing with a piano on his back.

I’m not saying “bin them, they’re rubbish” just it’s clear that they are not the finished article and they cost a lot of money.

Just that.
