He was injured and we had no subs left. This is mind-blowing! Genuinely insane.
Did his injury cause him to sweat a lot?He was injured and we had no subs left.
Too little adrenaline...?Did his injury cause him to sweat a lot?
I was going to mention this guy but then I remembered we actually signed him on a ‘permanent’ deal
I intend to stop dieting when mine reappearsHe scored a goal with his knob, half of you divs aint seen your own in 20 years.
LoanWas Matt Jansen a loan or permanent? I can’t remember.
Loan. No doubting he was poor for us but not his fault of course. Such a shame what happened to him.Was Matt Jansen a loan or permanent? I can’t remember.
I'm sure you've seen plenty thoughHe scored a goal with his knob, half of you divs aint seen your own in 20 years.

Wilson-Esbrand has to be up there too.Lee Sawyer
Dean Holdsworth
I forgot what happened to him so just had a look after seeing your post. Missed out on an England cap because of a stomach bug and then almost killed in a motorcycle accident in Rome. Was brilliant for Rovers before that.Loan. No doubting he was poor for us but not his fault of course. Such a shame what happened to him.
Blackburn actually paid his wages while with us, they just wanted to get him playing and up to speed. Shame it never happened.I forgot what happened to him so just had a look after seeing your post. So did IHe used to be
Pointless getting him Cup tied or potentially getting injured, he won't play tomorrow.Ayari recall to be confirmed. Not sure if it’s before or after the Oxford game. According to Turner.

He was brought in as a left wing back and he was never really trusted there, and a lot of the time he used to come on in the ACM position. He made a few appearances but didn't really contribute anything, a bit like Ayari needed a loan to league one before being thrown into the championship. He seems to be doing well in France this season, so his 14 appearances obviously helped him more than us.He's nowhere near that list
I'm not saying he was a brilliant signing by any means, but he played 14 times in half a season for a team that reached the playoff final.
Absolutely no comparison to the likes of Loza or Coulibaly who made a couple of appearances in a shit League 1 team.
I would have loved to have seen him come on during the play off final. He could run at people, and with Luton tiring, he could have helped get us over the line…He's nowhere near that list

I also can't get over his corners, don't think a single one left the ground.

That's because he brought on injured Palmer for 15 minutes, which was absolute madness.Robins said afterwards he wanted to get him on, but we ran out of subs due to injuries.
Won't matter when we score our usual 3That’s us 1-0 down at ewood park already then
Yep, agree. It was time for Robins to gamble on Wilson-Esbrand, but I think once Hamer was injured we went into defence mode, and Luton actually finished the game stronger. Anyhow, water under the bridge, but not correct to call him a poor signing. That's because he brought on injured Palmer for 15 minutes, which was absolute madness.
