That is a divisive and ignorant comment and such reactionary comments are part of the problem. I know schools are very worried about the rise in misogyny/conspiracies fuelled by Tate and racism/police/media/WOKE conspiracies fuelled by Yaxley-Lennon amongst teenage boys. Likewise I know through my sons friends that schools are aware there are far right Muslim brainwashing/groomers targeting kids with negative conspiracy stories about Israel and western government's culture etc. Sure there are some radical lefty organisations out there too wanting to distort the truth and fight back. It all has to stop as we are in danger of going down the US route which may well explode in 6 months time. There are people in many groups/camps in UK and across much of Europe bragging about the need for uprisings and taking back control etc. I don't get the narcissism, insecurity and lack of education amongst all these groups. We all need to work together strengthen the economy, get a decent job a nice safe house, relax with our families and friends and enjoy life and the footy. There are too many people searching for conspiracies and stories to stoke the culture/race wars and try and prove certain political/social trends that really just don't exist.... its all just very peculiar. Guess man's incessant political lust for power, sex and money does weird things to people's minds and want to attract attention. I find it odd that said 'followers' don't take a step back from what they may be hearing, take a breath and think is this true, does this help society and this country whatever political/cultural/religious views they have. This country has massive opportunity and potential yet its all just frittering away through in fighting, jealousy and bullshit information designed to influence gullible people. My mum reads the Daily Mail and its bewildering how much she laps up the misinformation and inaccurate spin they put on everything - I cannot fathom how they sleep at night knowing they do this so incessantly on every single story/article rather than take a proper journalistic approach.
Guess we all get drawn into this battle at time with our views, but its not healthy physically or mentally and UK is a great diverse free place but it could be so much nicer and fulfilling.
